In 1923 Wassily Kandinsky circulated a questionnaire at the Bauhaus, asking respondents to fill in a triangle, square and circle using each of the primary colours: red, yellow and blue. He hoped to discover a universal correspondence between form and colour.

Monument of Omar Khayyam At Naishapur.

He is inventor of Khayyam’s Triangle method for calculating binomial coefficients of degree n which is discussed in his Algebra book. Pascal 600 years later rediscovered this method and modern western mathematicians call the rule Pascal’s Triangle .

A part of his monument by Houshang Seyhoun resembles this invention.

اسرار ازل را نه تو دانی و نه من

There was a Door to which I found no Key:

There was a Veil past which I could not see:

Some little Talk awhile of ME and THEE

There seemed---and then no more of THEE and ME.

Nous ignorous tous deux les secrets absolus.

Ces problémes jamais ne seront résolus.

Il est bien question de nous derriére un voile;

Mais quand il tombera, nous n’existerons plus.

Das Rästel dieser Welt löst weder du noch ich,

Jene geheime Schrift liest weder du noch ich.-

Wir wüssten beide gern, was jener Schleier birgt,

Doch wenn der Schleier fällt, bist weder du noch ich.

The completed isosceles triangle quilt. As a whole, it looks pretty good. Up close, it looks a little sloppy, which I could've prevented if I wanted to spend more time fixing individual triangles. And doings lots more measuring.

The Summer Triangle is made-up of the stars Vega, Deneb, and Altair. This image is a stack of 18 exp. of 3 mins. each. I used my Canon XTmodified with a Sigma 24-60mm lens set @24mm. I took the picture at my cottage in Northern Michigan.

The Summer Triangle or Summer Triangle is an asterism (or seudoconstelación) drawing an imaginary triangle in the northern hemisphere of the celestial sphere, its vertices are Altair, Deneb and Vega star, and connects Aquila, Cygnus and Lyra constellations repectivamente . The asterism was laid in the late twenties by astronomer Thomas Owald who referred to these stars as the "Great Triangle" and in 1934 was renamed the Triangle verano.Se located over northern latitudes during the middle summer months, but you can also be seen during spring very early in the morning. In autumn the triangle is visible in the afternoon until November. From the southern hemisphere is reversed and near the horizon during the winter months.

The 30" Triangle Table adds another table shape to your cafe table possibilities.

Put two triangle tables together to create a diamond shape. Great for jewelry store promotions.

I followed Robert J Lang's instructions "Origami Burrs and Woven Polyhedra" to make several of these models.

Outside the Triangle, which despite being new retains its original front which (mostly) survived the IRA bomb. There's a big screen which usually has BBC1 on it (although not today as it was FA Cup Final day) along with some statistics, like the weather.

The Golden Triangle (Burmese: Shwe-Tri gan; Chinese: 金三角; pinyin: jīn sān jiǎo; Thai: สามเหลี่ยมทองคำ; Vietnamese: Tam giác Vàng) is one of Asia's two main illicit opium-producing areas. It is an area of around 950,000 km2 that overlaps the mountains of four countries of Southeast Asia: Myanmar (Burma), Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand. Along with Afghanistan in the Golden Crescent and Pakistan, it has been one of the most extensive opium-producing areas of Asia and of the world since the 1920s. Most of the world's heroin came from the Golden Triangle until the early 21st century when Afghanistan became the world's largest producer.[1]

The Golden Triangle also designates the confluence of the Ruak River and the Mekong river, since the term has been appropriated by the Thai tourist industry to describe the nearby junction of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar.
