A burned out tree along the winding Mesa Verde road.

Wakefield, Quebec. Better viewed large

this pic was taken in pulicat, outside the dutch cemetery

Over the weekend the decorative pear trees in the neighborhood were at their peak in blossoms. On Saturday I took a couple of photo walks to capture some of the springtime beauty of these flowering trees. The trees are located along the street and parking lot near where my wife and I live.

After so many pictures of the city, I feel I need to see some nature.

Was für ein schöner alter Baum! Schade, er ist zu groß zum Mitnehmen.

What a beautiful old tree! It's to bad, it is to large to take it along. (Seen on the way to Muckross House, Co. Kerry, Ireland)

My first real efforts with HDR processing. The sky was hopelessly blown out when the tree was properly exposed.

This is a time lapse of the Robins and waxwings devouring the berries this tree. This was only an 1:20 worth from yesterday afternoon. As of 8am this morning the tree is completely bare.
