Blickdichte Strumpfhosen in der Mülltonne.
Der Frühling kommt - die blickdichten Strumpfhosen müssen gehen. Alle sechs Strumpfhosen waren völlig in Ordnung, und wurden vor der Vergänglichkeit bewahrt.

A men-chinu (female chinu!), made from garbage retrieved from the banks of river Yodogawa in Osaka. The artwork, exhibited in Koyasan, was created by Yodogawa Technique, an art unit founded by Hideaki Shibata and Kazuya Matsunaga in 2003.
Wel that photo sure aint trash! Look at it large to see it better. I think its one of my favorite photos ever and its just outside my door on the trash container. :~)

i took this photo of my friend and her dog before going to a mardigras parade. in a house that was still being moved into,
found this new tunnel including an interceptor connection and a corrugated pipe in the floor carrying sanitary. Fully walking height including tons of trash and raccoon tracks. unexplored side tunnels as well!

Die Strumpfhose wurde noch schnell, im vorbeigehen in den zur Leerung rausgestellten Müllcontainer geworfen. Wie immer war auch diese Strumpfhose noch völlig in Ordnung.
Trash Art are recycled pictures I have taken in Rotterdam buildings, street art, flowers, trees,brickwork and anything else at street level grinding and pounding them into what I call Trash Art.

Gut erhaltene Buffalo-Wildlederpumps in einem Südstadt-Müllcontainer. Bevor die Schuhe unter weiterem Müll begraben wurden, konnten sie rausgefischt werden.

There’s too much of our crap on the planet and no good place to put it. Did you know there’s a patch of the Pacific Ocean (the North Pacific Gyre) so completely covered in floating plastic trash you can’t even see the water? Ewwww! Until the whole system changes, trash is here to stay. Might as well put it to good use. Where does a good white trash fashionista start? Making a trash bag tutu isn’t gonna save the world, but you’ll sure look good trying.
The Visible Trash Society (www.visibletrash.net) was founded by Little Shiva as a protest project against over-production, over-consumption and waste in general. With an eye for creativity and innovation, she fishes for treasure in the sea of trash, meditating on each catch like a zen koan. It currently exists as a slow-growing blog, with interesting tidbits added at a rate slightly faster than that of decomposing cigarette butts. Not interested in the fast-paced or the short-term, Visible Trash is as eternal as plastic.

As I got up from watching TV with wife and started looking for something to associate with trash .. I hear running water .. in the cupbaord under the sink ..
The outlet pipe fromt he dishwasher, which was running, had come loose and was spilling all over.
Now the kitchen is trashed. How fitting.

Prada aus der Mülltonne.
Die Mülltonnen der Schönen und Reichen werden in der Regel erst kurz vor der Leerung rausgestellt. Somit gibt es nur ein kleines Zeitfenster um teilweise wahre Schätze vor der Vergänglichkeit zu bewahren. In der Mülltonne einer Anwältin warteten diese schwarzen Prada-Plateaupumps auf die Müllabfuhr. Offenbar waren die Schuhe nicht mehr standesgemäß, da sie leichte Gebrauchsspuren aufwiesen. Ein Ende in der Müllverbrennungsanlage ist den Edel-Pumps zum Glück erspart geblieben.

No, not Shoreditch as you might suspect, but this was taken in the lovely town of Hofn in Iceland. Street art is everywhere these days... it really is "The Universal Language".
The tiny hopper capacity and fast cycle time means lots of cycles, and a truck thats lots of fun to watch. I hope to have some video up soon.
