Polymer clay, translucent liquid clay, and gold leaf. I named this one "Alice in Wonderland" because I was thinking about how one pill makes you big and one pill makes you small.

The translucent tab on the body is large. I wish it were transparent, but...

This was a Translucent Yellow that I dyed to make it Translucent Green. 2 of this color will be at Turf.

This is an assortment of 50 translucent glass beads. The colors are pretty and fun to work with. The sizes range from 4mm to 8mm. The sizes, shapes and colors will vary from mix to mix.

I have to remind myself of warmer weather somehow, so I looked through my archives and found this from last Fall. The sun seemed to shine right through this little critter.

This beautifully lite tulip can be found at the entry of the former Kansas City Star building located at 18th and Grand in downtown Kansas City Missouri.

About Semuc Champey, Guatemala

Semuc Champey is a natural monument in the department of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, near the Q'eqchi' Maya town of Lanquín. It consists of a natural 300 m limestone bridge, under which passes the Cahabón River. Atop the bridge is a series of stepped, turquoise pools, a popular swimming attraction. Although it can be difficult to get to, Semuc is becoming more and more popular with travelers.
