this is my extremely cooperative and photogenic nephew. doesn't he look like a little old man? i love it! we had a little session down in ybor city (my old hangout in my party days ;)) on saturday and the train tracks were by far my favorite spot. illegal, but awesome.

Went to bed earlyish last night, praying for heavy rain (unusual for me).

Woke up about 11pm, and it was bucketing down. Woke again a few times through the night, and it was still coming down in spades. So, even though I've shot this location on a few occasions, I've never got it with the waterfall, and the tracks exposed (its been flooded every other time in the past, and I never got the tracks in the image).

So, met a few friends there at 6:30am this morning, and it was perfect. Not a mozzie, leach, or another person in sight. Just us, the tunnel, the tracks and the waterfall, surrounded by lush foilage. Done and dusted here now.

Nachdem die SEL 120er im Kasten war wurde am nächsten Tag schon wieder der nächste Bundesbahnklassiker angekündigt. Mit einenm Fussballsonderzug in die verbotene Stadt mit G. war 110 350 unterwegs.Leider wollte die Sonne dieses Mal nicht mitspielen. Genau 10min bevor sie vorbeifuhr schoben sich Wolken vor die Sonne. Tja man kann nicht immer gewinnen.

I used to drive over these tracks every day on my way to work back in the old neighborhood. I remember the train schedule used to be set up to run past my road every day that i was going to be late for work.
