Some more work on the Krauss Maffei 7/1 flak half track. Finally got the tracks assembled, painted and put onto the chassis. Painting those rubber blocks on the tracks took ages!
I haven't seen many other Test Track photos on here so while walking past the long line, i noticed the lighting above. I had this great idea to create the starburst effect through my lens. It looks like it worked pretty well!

The University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning rising above the trees. Trains run often on these tracks so I was quick to jump in and grab a quick couple brackets.

Brent Gray LA Co Sherrifs Dept comes home to win the 100 meters
Tracks made by a Green Sea Turtle on Kawa'aloa Beach, Molokai, Hawaii. The turtles land at night, then typically go back to sea before daylight. We arrived in the afternoon, so this turtle was probably long gone. This photo is a companion to the previous image in my photostream. The tracks are not visible from the cliff I was standing on as they are almost directly below my feet.
One thing I don't like about my choice for Tracks is that the model basically seams to wear the outside of the car as a shell. Few of the outer parts of the car seem to actually make up the structure of the robots. This was very different with older Transformers.
Nice Jag waiting to go out on the track at Goodwood motorcircuit a few months ago. Hope you like the shot!
