If I just had my two boys with me yesterday to jump in these puddles...could've been an action shot. LOL!

Lagan Towpath in autumn, 2006

The following group of images were shot on a bike camping trip on the Erie Canal towpath. We only had two days to ride so be basically covered the towpath from Scotia, NY to St. Johnsville, NY with a few extra miles run for food and exploration. Looking forward to seeing more of the trail later in the year.

The cracks from the earthquakes, all the way along the Towpath beside the Heathcote River in Ferrymead, have got bigger and bigger over the months. They are a real danger at night, but the bikers still use the track.

 

The Epicentre of the Feb quake was right under the hill to the left, Mt Pleasant.

Leeds-Liverpool canal towpath

I took a short walk along the canal from Rodley.

 

APX400 in my Zenit, and developed in APH09. This is the Mir 1 37 mm f/2.8. I didn't make notes of actual exposures.

An odd point along the I&M Canal Trail west of Morris, where the canal has been altered and blocked. It's mostly dry for a good distance west of this point toward Seneca.
