Probably the thing I photograph the most in my home town, Tower bridge is so iconic that I'm always trying to find new viewpoints and this one is a little unusual :-)

"El Puente de la Torre", llamado así por su proximidad con "La Torre de Londres", es a la vez puente colgante y puente basculante. Combina los estilos victoriano y neogótico
The famous Round Tower in Windsor Castle. It looks a bit distorted because i shot this at 10mm. The Sigma wideangle is now my lens of choice ;o)

One of the most famous landmarks in the world, Tower Bridge, London, 30th September 2014. Tower Bridge was built between 1886–1894 and is a combined bascule and suspension. The bridge consists of two towers tied together at the upper level by means of two horizontal walkways, designed to withstand the horizontal forces exerted by the suspended sections of the bridge on the landward sides of the towers. The vertical component of the forces in the suspended sections and the vertical reactions of the two walkways are carried by the two robust towers. The bascule pivots and operating machinery are housed in the base of each tower.

The iconic Tower Bridge, connecting the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets to the north and Southwark to the south, has been photographed millions of times. Finding a unique perspective can be quite a challenge. While walking through the bustling business district of Southwark, I suddenly came across this view. It may not be groundbreaking, but it's a little different from the many shots you often see on social media - London, UK
I know it has been done many times before, but during a walk along the Southbank at dusk it is hard to ignore the colours and structural delights of Tower Bridge and if you look carefully the Tower of London.
I wanted the car in this shot to give a sense of just how huge the rock formations are in Arches National Park near Moab, Utah, and how abruptly they rise from a flat plain. This Courthouse Towers peak is way bigger than most buildings in Philadelphia. Okay, that was a bad example. Most things are bigger than a Philadelphia building. But the high walls of these rocks really are spectacular. Photographed on Jeff Clow's Dirt Cheap Photo Tour.

The Galata Tower is a medieval stone tower in the Galata/Karaköy quarter of Istanbul, Turkey, just to the north of the Golden Horn's junction with the Bosphorus. One of the city's most striking landmarks, it is a high, cone-capped cylinder that dominates the skyline and offers a panoramic vista of Istanbul's historic peninsula and its environs.
