I forgot it when we evacuated the park.

One thing I can’t forget is the continued “toxic, hostile, repressive and harassing environment” we have here In Yosemite. Until management is held accountable this mobbing mentality will continue to flourish. We have people without boundaries spreading evil and hate; trying to depriving American Citizens of their means to support themselves. Cowards hiding in mobs, because it’s allowed in Yosemite National Park.

Stomatol is a brand of toothpaste first sold in Sweden at the beginning of the 20th century. It was particularly notable as having been one of the first Swedish brands to recognise and to use the power of mass media. The brand was originally made by the soap manufacturer Grumme & Son, acquired 1985 by pharmaceutical company Cederroth AB. The company made extensive use of press, film and signs, both enamel and neon.

It is particularly known for this large advertisement sign which has been a prominent local landmark at Slussen in Stockholm since 1909. The Stomatol Sign, made from lightbulbs, not neon tubes, was the first animated advertisement sign in Sweden (one can see the toothpaste being squeezed out of the tube).

I always make a list of things to pack when I go away on vacation. And these two items were on my list, of course. But, somehow, in the last minute crunch I guess I forgot to pack them. So, this toothbrush and toothpaste are the last things I bought, just before we arrived at our destination.

It's peppermint, the sort that natively grows here in the Sauerland region. It makes for a really nice mint tea, different from the usual Nana mint tea you normally get in the store.

3D printer mania has died down substantially since the last time I went to the Maker Faire. There a few people who still believe, including one guy who built a 3d printer that uses a hard-drying goo that resembles toothpaste.

Stomatol is an old brand of toothpaste, and this advertisement sign has become a local landmark since its arrival in 1909. In fact, it was the very first animated sign in Sweden, and to think it's still in use, towering above the rooftops where it was moved in 1933. As you may notice, the sign is made from lightbulbs and not neon tubes.
