The long-toed lapwing (Vanellus crassirostris) is a species of bird in the family Charadriidae. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

This very active patient shares her story of the treatments she went through with very little relief. She found her solutions four doctors later at Anderson Podiatry Center. 29. Australasian Swamphen (46cm) Feeds in reeds and grasslands. Con- stantly flicks tail. Red forehead shield and bill. Very shy, they have extra long toe/talons that remind me a lot of the vampire Nosferatu's or even the Alien Xenomorph fingers. Beautiful colours on this bird and they won't hurt you.
