Blue jean baby, L.A. lady, seamstress for the band

Pretty eyed, pirate smile, you'll marry a music man

Ballerina, you must have seen her dancing in the sand

And now she's in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand

Jesus freaks out in the street

Handing tickets out for God

Turning back she just laughs

The boulevard is not that bad

Piano man he makes his stand

In the auditorium

Looking on she sings the songs

The words she knows the tune she hums

But oh how it feels so real

Lying here with no one near

Only you and you can hear me

When I say softly slowly

Hold me closer tiny dancer

Count the headlights on the highway

Lay me down in sheets of linen

you had a busy day today

Oman - East of Muscat. 'Tim' - a tiny turtle hatched the evening before became confused and repeatedly headed away from the water. He was gladly rescued by hotel staff. The little chap was kept safe and released to the sea in the evening - along with other newly hatched turtles! Hopefully none the worst for ware.

Walked around the corner to be greeted by this yapping little ball of cute anger. The owner walked out of his stall, looked at me taking photos of it, then stared down at it in bewilderment, shrugged his shoulders and walked back.

The name of this tiny Jumping Spider, Cosmophasis micarioides, refers to the scales on the surface of the body reflecting different colours when viewed from different angles www.arachne.org.au/01_cms/details.asp?ID=2583 I found this in the garden of a former home several years ago but took a while to track down a name for it.

Addiction - Our Daily Challenge

I find these little weed blooms every Spring. Does anyone know their names? The purple one's petals start out white before changing over

I found it on a blanket, so I had to photograph it before moving it outside. It had just molted - the previous photo is its skin

Our annual performance was based on the book "The Little Prince". The youngest dancers were sheep and were truly adorable.

for macromondays theme "relaxation"

This tiny spring is in the relaxed state, in the mechanical sense....

For Our Daily Challenge topic - 'From the Sea.'

I brought a hand full of perfect tiny shells home from a remote beach in Bali. They are born off that coast. My Balinese friend made me promise never to say where the beach is and I never have.

Half inch wide with just enough sunlight to cause me to stop and fetch the camera.

Lifted rocks, held tiny crabs in our hands

A pygmy grasshopper (Tetrigidae), a tiny (1/2 inch) Puddle Frog (Phrynobatrachus sp.), and a bit of pond plant, momentarily sharing the same area of pond-edge mud. After a couple of quick photos, the only one that remained was the plant. :)
