Day 6 with Charlie Brown. He is always hungry but prefers to eat the food the others get instead of his own while Cleo has discovered that Charlie's kitten kibbles are her favourite food from now on.....
I never seem to get good Butterfly shots. I shot off maybe thirty of these and even went to get my macro camera. There were a few workable out of the A99.
Thanks to the butterfly who stayed in there while I attempted this.
I did manage to finish some song lyrics today.
Clocks went back last night, so I ventured out and got a shot of Dunstanburgh Castle this morning, would of loved to of seen it Back in Time before it became a part ruin

Time Travel
Nothing is real,
I know this cause I made a deal,
With the devil he told me I was just wasting my time on the moon.

Lost track of my soul on the run,
Suffering 12 degree burns,
I learned that the sun was no fun.
So I ran back to earth,
Tripped and fell in the glorified dirt,

I think you're a tad bit prejudice against,
The ones like us that are searching for the answers.

I am a fake,
A constant go-getter of fate.
I lost track of time,

Then I howled at the moon,

Standing there white as a ghost.
I lacked in completion,
And stabbed my reflection twelve times.
So I held my breath,

I ripped through the clouds,
To talk to the man in the sky.
Antelope Canyon carved from the red sandstone for millennia by seasonal flood rains and wind, the canyons are narrow passageways that lead several hundred feet away from the mouth. Antelope Canyon is also one of the most famous slot canyons in the world. Magnificent Antelope Canyon was named for the herds of pronghorn antelope that once roamed the area.
Christmas is less than a fortnight away and nature here in Ostwestfalen is like early Spring. We used Sunday afternoon for an extended hiking tour around home waters of the river Werre in the Löhne area.

The first day we observed the Hairy Woodpeckers at this nest site they were not bringing food into it. There were long intervals of the male and female coming in and out...I believe they may have still been incubating the eggs. This day they were both bringing small insects into the cavity...'baby time'!

“Time Forgotten” By Brian Crain
For the ones who have been following for a long time, you know how much I like experiencing with blur effect in a natural way, meaning not in photoshop but only by the way I positioned myself. Yesterday I had the chance to photograph this gorgeous Morning Dove at a very close range. It took me at least 45 minutes to get to that range just a bit at a time. She or he was sitting on a log covered by snow and at times, looking for food through the snow. Going through all my images helped me analyzed how I can do it better and found a few things I had not noticed in the past. So in the future, I will position myself that way for a lighter background which gives you the impression of a fog all around the subject. If I had not tried different things, I would have never found this.
"t’s time to move on", said the little spider and disappeared into the wildernis of the garden. I'm sure she found a wonderful new home for her eggs. ;-))

Our Chloe dog just turned 8 years recently. Hard to believe.
She doesn't seem to act her age and always seems up for an adventure and having fun.
Dogs are beautiful animals.

……There was a time when the last thing a man would do before leaving home was to check his timepiece and put it in his waistcoat pocket! Certainly every Railway man!! Hence the term ‘Railway Grade’ on these beautiful timepieces. Though it is not so often worn by me these days it most certainly gets its affectionate wind up each morning when I get up.
