Worked on the city this last week. Thought it would be fun to bring the Tilt-shift lens with me. Created some interesting effects.

Day 25/365
My final tilt-shift for this week's theme. This one was taken from the balcony of my condo while it was snowing. I think I like this the best of the tilt-shifts I've done this week. I've enjoyed doing them and I've learned some things. I'm sure I'll come back to some later this year.
I was standing on the Seoul city wall on Inwangsan mountain and apparently there was a huge forbidden-to-take-photos-sign In front of me I seemed to have missed. An old couple made sure I noticed it by pointing at it and saying no and crossing their arms. Later they tried to tell on me to a guard, but unfortunately for them he wasn't at his post.
A shot of Paris rooftops I took on Montmartre a year and a half ago, tilt-shifted. Now it's Petit Paris! To see the original, click here: www.flickr.com/photos/dannyakright/3799610709/in/set-7215...
I want a pina colada...
Credit to Song who took the original pic.
I showed it to him last night. He looked puzzled.
"This... this place looks familiar. This... this is confusing!"
XD
I used my own "Tilt-Shift NY1000x1000" action.

This was taken from the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The vignette effect was caused by the pitch's spotlights. The shallow DOF is (unsurprisingly) fake.
Experimenting...trying to mix tilt shift effect and crossprosses effect.
Seems like I got the miniature effect..but might just be me seeing things ;)
Taken from Normandy Hill road bridge (Plymouth UK) that crosses the Tamar Valley Branch Line on a Canon 5DMk2 with Hasselblad fit Carl Zeiss 80mm CB Planar on Mirex Tilt/Shift. f2.8 with 10 degrees upward tilt.
Image cropped from original, bright areas of foliage subdued, saturation increased and a slight rotation of image (2 degrees).
Most of my park pictures are taken with my trusty 50 mm but every once in awhile I bring along my 45mm Tilt shift lens and play around. I love the way the AK looks through this lens.
The bay of Portree is really picturesque, and with the boats made for a great setting to test out the tilt shift functionality of the camera

LaGrange, GA is a railroad town located between Atlanta and Montgomery, AL. Rail traffic is so regular that I didn't have to stand on the bridge very long waiting for this train. I used www.tiltshiftmaker.com to get the tilt shift effect. Week 36 of 52 of 2012. The theme is TILT SHIFT.
