Sewing Threads
I love to see blocks of colours, jars or pencils together. I spotted this lovely display of coloured threads in the craft section of the Garden Centre this morning. It was almost perfect, apart from the fact that colour 656 had sold out.

Le Banc Afrique's yearly report
We designed a series of cover designs and content layouts for the African Development Bank's yearly report & Statistical Addendum.
We aimed to give the design a colourfull twist that evokes the love of colours the african people have, and not give any preference to any specific part of Africa. The ADB is a multinational institution and is represented as such in this design treatment.

Here is the front of the Spears loom, with the warped threads hanging loose. I'm getting ready to wind it on the rollers, but I need to read a bit more about how to do that. Setting up weaving is a very tedious process. I imagine that the actual weaving will be more fun.
Using the templates for my Orchard Pillow in spring 2012 Stitch magazine. I made these as angel potholders for the VMQG-FVMQG swap. The cream quilting thread is Aurifil cotton 12 wt.
