Lough Boora Discovery Park, Co. Offaly.

Great finds today! As I mentioned before, I got the Action Man I wanted. He gives me a Dirty Cop vibe, which I love! In the same shop, I found Pocahontas' Nakoma doll (!!!!!!) and Shrek's Donkey plush! I already have a 12 inch Shrek doll, so expect a shoot in the future!

I also got a Top Model Barbie (!!!!!) (with a very dirty face that thankfully washed clean), a vintage Steffie faced Barbie with a hair tie as a skirt, and an articulated TnT Barbie with a pretty face!

The 'Thomas' lunchbox bag was bought for doll clothes storage!

Thomas the Tank Engine must wait on a siding in Peninsula, Ohio, to allow the National Park Scenic of the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad to pass. Thomas was making his annual visit to the CVSR.

Part #90840 (www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=90840#T=A) which first appeared in '76405 Hogwarts Express' just started my prediction of a 'Thomas The Tank Engine Collector's Edition' of the Icons range for 2024!

Duck was an engine I built midway through last year with my nephew - the same one who inspired Thomas so many years ago. He only just got his face and lettering, and I'm really happy with how he looks!

This packs up very small; the packed version is here. Detailed photos and information on the individual items is in my Lunch Tools set .

Dont ever try to tell me that Thomas is not real...here is the evidence!!!

Nene Valley Railway is a steam railway attraction, based at Wansford Station, and covering the stations of Ferry Meadows, Orton Mere, Yarwell Junction, and Peterborough. It is the home to a little blue engine named ‘Thomas’ by the Rev. W. Awdry author of the famous books about Thomas and Friends.

It took a few Bricklink orders but here it is! This engine is based on the Character Lady of Thomas the Tank Engine fame, rendered in lego bricks with the help of Big Ben's Bricks medium drivers.

This diminutive tank engine is designed for shunting a wide variety of rolling stock quickly in even the largest or most compact freight yards.

To anyone who would like the LDD file that goes with this engine, I'm trying to set up and MOCpage for it, but in the mean time I'll be happy to distribute it via email.

Based on Thomas The Tank Engine.

The steam workshop with Ryan (yet to be have his pinstripes done). A fun single baseplate build. I probably spent twice as much time creating the smoke stack as I did the rest of the building.

Taken at Grosmont Crossing on the NYMR in North Yorkshire , UK .

The engine that started this all. Who'd've thunk it?

Most Japanese children like the motion picture of Thomas the Tank Engine and friends on TV.

Not only the TV program but also toys of Thomas & friends are popular among children, and Thomas has many friends. From right to left, Thomas, James and Bill.

Please try back in the heart of kid, and watch the motion picture Thomas and Gorden, just 6 minutes story told by Ringo Starr.

(Especially for theme of the week group) reflections.

Thomas the Tank Engine smokes it up as he leaves Peninsula, Ohio, during a visit to the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Thomas is the second most popular CVSR special event during the year, trailing only the Polar Express.

THANK YOU for all your lovely comments, invitations & awards. I remember my 19yr old son being heavily into Thomas. I think the adults that went to this event out numbered the kids.

Next on the list is Ivor the engine! Lol

Thomas the Tank Engine crosses Columbia Run during an excursion on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

This is was quite a learning experience! Carved from a 9" chocolate mud cake. For the life of me I couldn't figure out the cutting instructions in the Debbie Brown book so baked a slightly bigger cake allowing extra to shape the top of the engine with. I was astonished at the amount of time it took to cut and place the red and yellow details, it was hours!

Number 3 on the cake for the boys age.

Cake went with matching Thomas biscuits for party favours.

Full marks to ‘First Great Western’ for this novel idea in painting their fuel storage tanks at their Bristol HST Depot to look like Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends.

Hauling a string of 8, matched wooden coaches at a "Day out with Thomas" event in Strasburg, Pennsylvania, the Strasburg Rail Road's live-steam "Thomas" enters the yard with a sold out trainload of happy kids and their parents. The former Brooklyn Eastern District Locomotive #15 has now been in service as the character from the children's book series "Thomas & Friends" for a quarter of a century and he's still very popular with the kiddos. Although just a dockside switcher underneath the baby blue sheet metal, this is one very powerful locomotive, or as the book says: " A very useful engine." I have personally witnessed this engine on many occasions, starting a full loaded, 8-car train from a dead stop on the grade above Cherry Hill, with very little wheel-slip, and stack-talk that you could hear in the next county.

A really useful engine takes some box vans for a jolly up Medstead bank, during a Covid 19 staff training day.

The Quarry was a fun build, and literally all three of us contributed. Really enjoyed doing the rock work on this following the curve of the track. Notice the technic rack on the tracks...

Along with Spencer, Diesel is the engine I'm most proud of, and perhaps moreso as he is completely my own design. Originally designed with a cheese slope pattern on the sides, this was ditched in favour of stickers due to the lack of parts (dark tan clips don't exist) but also space, as this allowed me to also fit an M motor and gearing to make his claw spin around!
