Though lost outside of the box,
Everything is paradox.

Let me know what you think, have a good day.

Tip #1:
Focus on the beautiful things in live and try to print them in your mind so when you're feeling bad, you can look back at those good times and feel better again.

I drew Frida in my sketchboook the other day. I like it enough that I am considering doing a painting based on the sketch.
Layering art mediums in my art journal today. Words read: this is a sacred and safe place. (Referring to the pages of my art journals and making art)...
Mediums used: washi tape, stenciled letters in pen, water-soluble oil pastels, Posca paint pen, acrylic paint, and watercolor paint.

Kathmandu, Nepal
Swet Bhairab depicts the most fierce face of Lord Shiva. It is located in Hanuman Dhoka, a complex of structures with the Royal Palace of the Malla kings and also of the Shah dynasty in the Durbar Square of central Kathmandu. The complex is spread over five acres. Many of historical buildings in the complex show damage from the 2015 earthquake and are being repaired.
Then you read a book… or you take a trip… and you discover that you are not living, that you are hibernating... It appears like an innocuous illness. Monotony, boredom, death. Millions live like this (or die like this) without knowing it. They work in offices. They drive a car. They picnic with their families. They raise children. And then some shock treatment takes place, a person, a book, a song, and it awakens them and saves them from death. Some never awaken.
The third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept in certain Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. It is also spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the third eye may alternately symbolize a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply-personal spiritual or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with visions, clairvoyance, precognition, and out-of-body experiences, and people who have allegedly developed the capacity to use their third eyes are sometimes known as seers.

resident chipMonk's attentive awareness
created a kind of vacuum…
as I walked past it
I felt pulled into that space
and noticed a chipmunk, at my eye level, in silent watchfulness
bringing peace

"Many people meditate in order that a third eye will open. For that they feel they should close their two physical eyes. They thereby become blind to the world. But the fact is that the third eye will never open. We can never close our eyes to the world in the name of spirituality. Self-realization is the ability to see ourselves in all beings. This is the third eye through which you see, even while your two eyes are wide open. We should be able to love and serve others, seeing ourselves in them. This is the fulfillment of spiritual practice."
