Thinning projects in the area are part of the Rocky Point-White Swan Forest Resilience Targeted Implemntation Plan (TIP) under Montana Focused Conservation (MFC) and complement other projects completed by CSKT. This TIP is in partnership with Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, Lake County Conservation District, and the Montana Departmnet of Natural Resources and Conservation. The purpose of the TIP is to improve forest resilience to weather and pest issues, decrease the likelihood of catastrophic wildfire in the Wildland Urban Interface, and improve forest health. This work may also decrease risk to homes in the area from wildfire. Lake County, MT. June 2021.
Today my breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Thin rye flour buttermilk pancakes with a mix of cottage cheese & natural yoghurt inside, served with sugar powder and chopped pecans. I have no words to describe.. It was really REALLY tasty! Fantastically delicious!
Inspired by the new group I have joined- We can measure and weigh ourselves for as much as we possibly want to but the number and figures will never seem thin enough so sometimes we have to ask those around us the question to get the real answer. I know the picture can be upsetting but trust me it was hard to post and almost very nearly didnt.
Rockport State Park, I came across this park on my way to shoot some photos in Kamas, spent so much time in the park that I only had time to drive through Kamas. Have to go there some other time. The landfill I passed might also be an interesing photo trip though, not sure if it is accessible to the public.
I did not pay te required fee. I was planning on getting a year pass, but there was nobody in the office. Better luck next time.
