This small and old company only has 6.4km railway in the countryside and that's enough for me to be crazy about these attractive trains, views and the atmosphere.

The Renwick Gallery, part of the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC, has recently opened after a several year renovation. Across the street from the White House, it is a great place to visit when you are in DC. There is more information in the link below, including some fun slide shows.

My anniversary present to Mike. Its full of symbolisim : Penguins are separated for long periods of time and have to 'sing' to find their partners,so these two seperate penguins tell mine and Mikes story :)
They are similar but not identical, the different stars symbolise the fact that we were on different countries, the background is 'icey' as we were lost, but our good hearts found each other again ....ahhhhh :)
Made with beads of various sizes, mille, ceramic stars and glass balls.You cant tell with this shot but the glass beads are coated with watered down gel meduim mixed with iridescent dust. Each is 21 x 30 cms.

Cámara muy robusta y pesada.
