Thought it was time I gave my "freedom fighters" a vehicle ; )
I'm still going to keep messing with this to make it much more beat up and well used but I want to avoid it looking incomplete instead. All in all a fun build and without the MG and flag etc etc it also serves well as just a regular jeep for different kinds of scenes.

Before heading out on my most recent trip, I asked ChatGPT for Death Valley-specific photography challenge list of ten items to inspire creativity and technical mastery during your trip.
This is number 1: Dramatic Dunes Textures – Capture the ripples and shifting patterns in the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes using low-angle light.
The 1924 Targa Florio winner car was a 2 liter, 4 cylinder, super-charged Mercedes, with Chistian Werner at the wheel. This car is an early example of the famous Merceds Compressor series, culminating in the famous SSK and SSKL.
Unlike the usual white livery of the Mercedes racers, this car was actually painted red: Rumour has it this was a camouflage strategy to stop Italian fanatics from throwing rocks at the passing car, because it might be taken for Italian.
In the 1920ies, the race cars were actually driven to the race track on public roads like normal automobiles. For this trip, mudguards and license plates had to be mounted, to comply with traffic regulations. My model is shown in both configurations: as a slick racer, and as a roadworthy automobile.

Taking photos with such cameras is a great pleasure for the photographer...
My friends and I really enjoy trials and riding the trails however makes them most difficult. In this example, my friend Josh was riding up a drop off. This one is a ton of fun, once you figure out the trick!

Construction robot (CoRob) is a universal machine created to relieve humans of all hard and dangerous construction work. CoRob combines flexibility of humanoid body and efficiency of modern machinery. CoRob is equipped with adaptable multi-purpose limbs and thus can assume functions of both human workers and a wide range of construction machines.
More specifically, the legs of the robot can switch between walking and driving modes, the latter of which greatly simplifies transportation between construction sites. The first two arms are designed for precision work while the other two are reinforced telescopic arms suitable for digging, lifting and loading all sorts of materials and cargo. Foldable outriggers provide additional stability when dealing with heavy weights and rough terrain.
As expected from an autonomous machine, CoRob is equipped with various onboard navigational sensors as well as a detachable quadcopter drone which can provide a superior overview of the working area.
Last but not least, CoRob is always happy with his job and has no plans to rebel.
PS Should you ever see this creepy smiling face - just run away!
