Also known as the Beehive cluster. M44 lies at 577 light years from Earth in the constellation of Cancer and spans about 15 light years across. In total there is estimated to be over 1,000 stars associated with this cluster. At around 600 million years old this cluster is quite young, when compared to our Sun's 4.5 billion years.

2018P52/Week 36: Passage of Time
I had several ideas for this topic, but this is the one that kept coming to mind. When I thought of "time", it made me think of old and new memories.
Being an old techie, the word "memories" also me think of computer memories. These memories range from 1980 to the present.
The circuit board is a 4-KByte RAM board I assembled for an old home-brew computer I built in 1980. As time went on, memory chips got smaller and smaller, and held MUCH more!

Amagi's Graucho glasses or Futaba's large, cartoonish mask are not good ways to keep a low profile. People are more likely to look (and stare) than if you went about without them.

Aiming for a limited run of 25 cars, Gemballa has reworked the Enzo's aerodynamics, adding appropriate carbon-fiber bits that give the Maranello mauler much more of a techie Teutonic flavor. Active aero components include a front spoiler lip and a rear wing that increase downforce and improve high-speed handling. Gemballa also provides additional cooling ducts for the brakes and engine compartment, with inlets on the roof and behind the doors.
The Germans have tried to make the MIG-U1 a bit more livable with such niceties as an optional electrohydraulic height adjustment function which, at the touch of a button, lifts the body by 1.8 inches — particularly useful when negotiating such urban obstacles as speed bumps. The car automatically lowers itself back to the original position at speeds above 50 mph.
Gemballa adds forged alloy wheels, shod with 265/35R19 rubber in front and 335/30R20 in the rear.
The massive Ferrari V12 has been gently massaged to produce 691 horsepower, largely the result of an upgraded ECU and a freer-flowing exhaust with quad tailpipes and pneumatic flap control.
The cockpit also gets the Gemballa touch, with redesigned seats, center console and steering wheel rendered in leather and Ultrasuede. There is also a high-end multimedia system with 950 watts of power, a DVD changer, a 7-inch touchscreen and, of course, an iPod connection.
Didn’t know about the brand. Recommended by Gemini. Further check on YT to only learn that this is like a tech bag for keeping tech gadgets. Or simply a pouch. My smallest camera pouch is still too big for both GRs. So when I came across this on Gemini, I quite like the idea of having something not so “photographer” and techie at the same time.
Luckily for this version, there’s another loop to secure a strap. According to seller, the strap is original from Aer. Also equally lucky to have someone selling a rather new set at the same time.
The pouch quality feels good and is able to stand by itself. There are many compartments. Some with zips. The strap is really long but I like to carry above belly and below chest so that I can still manoeuvre my Bowery round the waist. I was glad that I could do shopping with the family having 2 primes around and was able to keep receipts in the pouch, as well as folded papers.
It’s amazing how things end up in getting the GRs. From the possibility of getting other edition like Diary, Street or Urban to HDF version, the journey has interestingly unfolded into the simple, plain black versions that I once hoped for. The difference in colours will make it easier to distinguish so I can grab the right GR to use once opening the pouch. But having same colour has the advantage of others not knowing that there are actually 2 cameras in the slim pouch. Taking the right camera out each time could be a kind of skill or art. Setting some logic like always keeping the 40mm on the right and planning what shots to take before reaching for the camera, can instil some discipline. Taking the wrong camera might be fun as well. With this, I hope this could be ever ready kit that I can grab quickly from the hotel room before rushing out and feeling covered at the same time,

You guys probably think I'm crazy....what can i say?
I've had the same phone for 3 years (iPhone 5s) and I've been dying to upgrade to the plus for the last year.
I'm a real techie person, I like computers, phones, gadgets, etc.
The last time I bought the iPhone online, I had it on launch day so, this is something I've been really looking forward to and was then a little disappointed I wouldn't have it on launch day but hey, I can wait a few more days, no big deal.
I'm a grown up, right? =D
However, when it sits in "processing" for 3 days and then in "preparing for shipping" for 2 days, etc. and everything on the tracking seems to take DAAAAAAYS, it just feels a bit frustrating.
Now, I wake up this morning and the tracking says it finally left Korea, then went straight to Louisville and then was scanned in Hong Kong.... what?
We do need to remember there is a big time difference AND the international date line to contend with but still, this just looks like crazy sauce!
FYI...all the flights go through the UPS hub in Louisville as this is where they are "officially" imported into the US from overseas. From there, they go to whatever part of the country they are meant for.
I'm in SoCal and only 30 miles from their main hub here in Ontario, CA
I'm hoping I get it tomorrow....cross your fingers for me!
=]
**update** my phone just landed and was scanned in at Anchorage at 12:48pm PST ....hopefully, i really will have it tomorrow!
