Hazardous gas Blaster Rifle
Secret Project :: Authorization Level: Tarkin
Reports from 334th IEB state the Yevetha threat had been eradicated. Flamethrowers and hazardous gases proved exceptionally effective. The ships used by Yevethan agents were left burning, irradiated husks. An experimental blaster was expedited to the front lines and pushed into full production. This blaster was charged with a synthesized gas that was highly radioactive. [REDACTED] alloy was used to negate ambient radiation that might leak out and radiate the user. A special double chamber blast focuser keeps radiation from blasting back into the user. Thought the IEB troopers wore special suits of Stormtrooper armor meant to handle hazardous environments, these extra precautions were built into the blaster due to its virulent nature. These blasters are projected to be useful for the coming [REDACTED] incursion. Extra reinforcements are being readied to support the 334th, 601st, and Gundark IEB.
So I am watching the CW episode Counter Attack and when I Ahsoka jumps out of the hatch to attack droids who have their blasters at her a droid hand falls right in front of Anakin, Tarkin, and Colt!?
One of the hidden reasons the first Death Star got destroyed. "The Twister Craze". Grand Moff Tarkin tried all he could to stamp it out but to no avail thus allowing rebel troops to sneak on board undetected
For Happy Macro Mondays Twist Theme
Raised in captivity the teeth are removed. The snake is really responding to movement and not the music.
I was greatly looking forward to getting a picture like this while in India.
For further inspiration (although the Cobra is the antagonist) read Rikki-Tikki-Tavi. It is a small part of the Jungle Book by Kipling. I remember a cartoon version from the 1970's.
If you really want to nerd out listen to "Riki Tiki Tavi" by Donovan.
Bonus points to anyone who recognized the Star Wars quote in the title.

"Of power, I could tell you much. One must seize the moment, and strike." - Tarkin
Tarkin is one of my favorite Star Wars villains. From his first appearance in A New Hope to Rebels, Rogue One, and the rest of the extended universe, he has always been a strong, cunning figure that strikes fear and respect in both allies and foes. Truly, one of the Empire’s best!

News from @cogeffects: !!!! NEW PEDAL DAY !!!! Say hello to the new Tarkin Fuzz and Grand Tarkin Bass Fuzz! The Tarkin mk2 remains firmly based on the Green Russian, just like the original, but the new version has been upgraded with expanded options over Mids and clipping, as well as having been shrunk to the pedalboard-friendly teeny-tiny Hammond 1590A enclosure. Even more versatile than before, and able to find a spot on even the most cramped guitar and bass pedalboards. bit.ly/1RKlSqw The goal behind the Grand Tarkin hasn't shifted – a solid and versatile bass fuzz for the gigging musician, with building-crushing tone and no frills or gimmicks. What's changed is an increase in flexibility and versatility. The single Level and Blend knobs have been replaced with two pairs of Clean Level and Fuzz Level knobs, and a second footswitch to swap between these two presets on the fly. The clean signal is filtered, just like on the original Grand Tarkin, to deliver massive bass tones rather than unnatural-sounding and lacklustre “side-by-side” blended fuzz sounds. This is THE Muff-based fuzz you need on your bass pedalboard. bit.ly/1UUgEzd Bass demo of the Tarkin by the awesome @mrexcane can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctaT60v3o10 Guitar demo of the Tarkin and bass demo of the Grand Tarkin will follow this week. !!!! Another variation on a theme......
There were quite a few stormtroopers guarding the Oxford Comic Con 2018 Examination Schools venue. They were game for a laugh though and happy to be photographed posing, dancing etc...... at least when Darth Vader wasn't around.
From Wikipedia : "A stormtrooper is a fictional soldier in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. Introduced in Star Wars (1977), the stormtroopers are the main ground force of the Galactic Empire, under the leadership of Emperor Palpatine and his commanders, most notably Darth Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin. In The Force Awakens (2015) and The Last Jedi (2017), the upgraded stormtroopers serve the First Order, under the leadership of Supreme Leader Snoke and his commanders, most notably Kylo Ren, General Hux, and Captain Phasma.
The order of battle of the Stormtrooper Corps is unspecified in the Star Wars universe. Accompanying the Imperial Navy, stormtroopers are able to be deployed swiftly and respond to states of civil unrest or insurrection, act as a planetary garrison, and police areas within the Galactic Empire. They are shown in collective groups of varying organizational sizes ranging from squads to legions and for some, their armor and training are modified for special operations and environments."

A blaster is a fictional gun that appears in the Star Wars universe. Lucasfilm defines the blaster as "ranged energized particle weaponry". Many blasters mirror the appearance, functions, components, operation, and usage of real life firearms. They are also said to be able to be modified with certain add-ons and attachments, with Han Solo's blaster being said to be illegally modified to provide greater damage without increasing power consumption.
The iconic E-11, a standard mid-range weapon used primarily by stormtroopers, is based on the real-life Sterling sub-machine gun used by the armed forces of the United Kingdom over the second half of the 20th century. Several design changes were made by the filmmakers, such as alterations to the magazine.
A stormtrooper is a fictional soldier in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. Introduced in Star Wars (1977), the stormtroopers are the soldiers shock troops/space marines of the Galactic Empire, under the leadership of Emperor Palpatine and his commanders, most notably Darth Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin, during the original film trilogy (1977–1983). The prequel trilogy (1999–2005) establishes their origin as the Galactic Republic's clone troopers, clones of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, used by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine to "win" the Clone Wars and later to take over the government and exterminate the Jedi. Despite this, later stormtroopers are established as recruits; at the time of the original trilogy, only a few stormtroopers are clones, with the only known legion to still contain a significant number of clones being the 501st Legion, aka "Vader's Fist". In the sequel trilogy (2015–2019), the upgraded stormtroopers serve the First Order under the leadership of Supreme Leader Snoke and his commanders, most notably Kylo Ren, General Hux, and Captain Phasma. The final film of the trilogy, The Rise of Skywalker (2019), introduces Sith Troopers, an upgraded variant of the First Order stormtroopers that sport red armor and serve the Sith Eternal, led by a resurrected Emperor Palpatine.

I have never been able to watch an entire Star Wars movie but I have completed the video game!!
Here are two examples of how this looks on a wall. Frankly, it looks fantastic. I think I might duplicate it to have my own around the house.
The portrait looks great on a shelf or hung from the wall. It has a nail hole in the backside, using this piece (In other words, not all nail sizes will fit the hole). In addition, a string is looped through two pieces, allowing it to be hung via string instead.
I'm certain that the lucky purchaser will find some other creative way to display that I didn't come up with!
Be sure to get your hands on this one-of-a-kind portrait. Visit Creations for Charity to purchase and check out the album for more!
Lúc Carrigan was said to be piloting one of the Rebellion's signature Xyloplanes during the Battle of Yorkshire, during which he managed to destory the Queen's flagship dirigible H.M.S Death Star , killing the nefarious Grand Duke Tarkin and achieving the first real victory against the British Empire.
The Xyloplane, named for its unusual wood construction in the back engines and propellors, is of Welsh design, and was built to be a craft for the burgeoning Imperial Army. However, the Welsh people soon grew tired of the Empire's many trespasses against their nation, and thus joined with the Rebellion, bringing the Xyloplane with it.
The ship is equipped with a powerful boiler that operates its four engines, as well as two high-pressurized torpedoes- the weapon that was said to have brought about the end of the Death Star. The ship is often nicknamed the "X-plane", for the distinctive shape its wings form during flight.

Colonel Paxton was once one of Grand Moff Tarkin's greatest enthusiasts. But he also learned from Tarkin's mistakes.
After the fall of the Empire, he retreated to a secret underground base on an unknown jungle planet to avoid becoming a victim of imperial arrogance like many others before him. From there he could pull the strings from the background for the time being.
Also, the Colonel doesn't like the Imperial uniforms very much, which is why he usually wears a functional black overall.
Paxton was already eagerly awaiting the order to gather the Imperial Warlords, as he is convinced to be an important piece of the puzzle among the remaining Imperial officers, but when this order finally arrived he was a bit surprised....

Anti Material Disruptor Rifle
Secret Project :: Authorization Level: Tarkin
An expeditionary fleet under the command of a Sith Warmaster is underway to Unkown Regions to bolster the IEB's currently deployed. This fleet contains a 4 scout regiments who had been authorized to use an experimental rifle. Like all other Extermination Battalion weaponry, these blasters are extremely destructive. The disruption beam fired by the blaster is super heated and compressed in order to 'melt' through any matter or material. [REDACTED] gas was acquired to act as ammunition. The gas is contained in a removable battery. The downside to this unstable energy source was the danger of the battery to meltdown while in use. Extra gas/energy bleed off valves were added to reduce the chance of a meltdown. This danger is the reason for a removable battery cell, even though an on board cell is more efficient. Latest intel suggests that [REDACTED] rely on bio-tech for arms and armor. Fleet technicians are working to make the disruption beams incendiary as a result.

Not overly thrilled with this shot because of how dark the eyes are but I've never bothered to take a new one. Anyway, here he is. Do you recognize his foul stench?
Dictator Series#1
He's big, he's bad, and he drives the Death Star.
Since he has no qualms vaporizing entire planets with his pimped out ride, I find the mile high version of Grand Moff Tarkin particularly terrifying. I doubt he'd feel any remorse after stamping out millions of sympathizers under his mighty boots. In fact he'd probably relish personally crushing the rebellious bugs in gargantuan horrifying fashion. I certainly hope there's an audacious smuggler nearby when I see the colossal Tarkin appear on the horizon in my corner of the galaxy. . .
"You see, Lord Vader, she can be reasonable. Continue with the operation; you may fire when ready. You're far too trusting. Dantooine is too remote to make an effective demonstration, but don't worry; we will deal with your rebel friends soon enough."

With help from R2-D2 and a squad of captured battle droids, an elite team of Jedi and clone troopers led by Obi-Wan and Anakin attempt to free a captive Jedi general, Even Piell, from an impenetrable prison. Despite orders to the contrary, Ahsoka Tano tags along, though she proves indispensable when the infiltration mission begins to evolve. Piell and his fleet officer, Captain Tarkin, are liberated from their cells, but now the fugitives must escape the Citadel itself.
After rescuing Master Piell the force moves to the cells where Captain Tarkin is being kept. The Citadel's warden, Osi Sobeck, activates a magnetic roof where the Republic force is moving and all their weapons, and General Skywalker, are pulled away. The troops are surrounded by Commando Droids but Anakin manages to destroy the magnetic roof and re-arm everyone.

The members of Rogue One on the beach detonate the explosives they have planted, which draws the attention of the Imperial garrison. Whilst they engage the enemy, both Governor Tarkin in the Death Star, and Rebel command on Yavin, are informed of the battle, and send their forces to Scarif. On the ground, Bodhi helps the Rebels gain an advantage by sending misinformation to the citadel control tower. Unfortunately, the Imperials deploy walkers and force the Rebels to retreat.
