My Cable Car , officially the State Cable Transportation Company My Cable Car, is the public company responsible for the administration of the La Paz - El Alto Cable Car urban transport system, which links the cities of La Paz and El Alto , as well as a line tourist in Oruro in Bolivia . The first of its lines began operations on May 30 , 2014 . At the end of the first three lines, it became the longest urban transport cable car network in the world. [On March 9, 2019, the last line corresponding to the second phase of implementation was inaugurated: the Silver Line, which closed the circuit called the Metropolitan Integration Network, and became the tenth line in operation. The system was raised in response to various problems in the metropolitan area of La Paz , made up of the cities of La Paz and El Alto that had a precarious public transport service that did not respond adequately to the increasing demand from users and significant expenses in time and money involved in mobilizing between the two cities, in addition to the chaotic traffic and with high levels of environmental and auditory pollution they generated, the growing demand for gasoline and diesel, which are subsidized by the state. The service allowed the effective connection of the city of La Paz at an average height of 3600 meters above sea level, which has an intricate topography, surrounded by mountain ranges and diverse rivers with the city of El Alto settled on a plain located at 4100 meters above sea level. , reducing travel times and costs.
The cost of the ticket on each line is 3 bolivianos per person. When transferring to another line, the cost is 2 Bolivians. The service allows you to transport bicycles paying an extra ticket except on weekends on the Green and Yellow Lines.

Met these badmen in the Pavilion Gardens one evening, pretty decent sound system on wheels powered by a caravan battery.
I have already built several missile systems for the Cold War collaboration at BrickFair Va, but I also wanted an ICBM. Ballistic missiles often don't look all that interesting. The Atlas missile, which was the first US ICBM, however, is a bit of an exception. It used a stage-and-a-half design, with booster engines that were jettisoned after about two minutes of flight, which adds to the shape. It also has lot of interesting bits and bobs sticking out.

Messier 94 also known as The Cat's Eye Galaxy is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation of Canes Venatici.
The system lies at a distance of 16 million light years from us and is also recorded as NGC 4736.
The galaxy was discovered by Pierre Méchain in 1781 and catalogued by Charles Messier 2 days later.
M94 contains both a bright inner ring with a diameter of around 5400 light years. This is believed to be an area of strong star formation and is often, for this reason, described as a starburst ring.
A second much larger ring halo-like ring is also found. This is some 45,000 light years in diameter.
Imaged with a Skywatcher Esprit 120ED refractor and a ZWO 1600MM pro camera. The camera was cooled to -20°C and unity gain of 139 was used.
This was my first attempt at using LRGB filters (Baader) with my 1600mm - having only used narrowband filters before.

Pachacútec sembrando la semilla del imperio Inca .
Pachacútec sowing the seed of the Inca empire.

Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui or Pachacutec (in hispanicized spellings) or Pachakutiq Inka Yupanki (Quechua) was the ninth Sapa Inca (1438–1471/1472) of the Kingdom of Cusco which he transformed into the Inca Empire (Tawantinsuyu). Most archaeologists now believe that the famous Inca site of Machu Picchu was built as an estate for Pachacuti.
In Quechua Pachakutiq means "he who overturns space and time", and Yupanki means "with honor". During his reign, Cusco grew from a hamlet into an empire that could compete with, and eventually overtake, the Chimú. He began an era of conquest that, within three generations, expanded the Inca dominion from the valley of Cusco to nearly the whole of western South America.
He was the ninth ruler of the Inca state who, from ruling a simple chiefdom came to rule a great empire, the Tawantinsuyu. Although he had not been designated as successor by his father Viracocha Inca, he led a military defense against the warlike army of Chanka while his father and his brother Urco Inca fled the manor. The victory over the Chankas made Inca Viracocha recognize him as his successor around 1438.
As part of his vision of a statesman and warrior chieftain he conquered many ethnic groups and states, highlighting his conquest of the Collao that enhanced the prestige of the Inca Pachacutec. Due to the remarkable expansion of their domains he was considered an exceptional leader, enlivening glorious epic stories and hymns in tribute to his achievements. Numerous kurakas do not hesitate to recognize his skills and identify him as "son of the Sun".
He conquered the provinces of Colla-Suyu and Chinchay-Suyu. Along with his sons, Tupac Ayar Manco (or Amaru Tupac Inca), and Apu Paucar Usnu, he defeated the Collas. Additionally, he left garrisons in subjugated lands
Pachacuti, son of Inca Viracocha, was the fourth of the Hanan dynasty. His wife's name was Mama Anahuarqui, or Quya Anawarkhi (Coya Anahurque). He had three sons, Tupac Ayar Manco, Apu Paucar, and Tupac Inca Yupanqui.
Pacachuti had his two brothers, Ccapac Yupanqui and Huayana Yupanqui, killed after the military campaign against the province of Chinchay-Suyu. He also killed his sons Tilca Yupanqui and Auqui Yupanqui.
Amaru, the older son, was originally chosen to be co-regent and eventual successor. Pachacuti later chose Tupac Inca because Amaru was not a warrior. He was also the first one to retire.
Pachacuti's given name was Cusi Yupanqui and he was not supposed to succeed his father Inca Viracocha who had appointed his brother Urco as crown prince. However in the midst of an invasion of Cuzco by the Chankas, the Incas' traditional tribal archenemies, Pachacuti had a real opportunity to demonstrate his talent. While his father and brother fled the scene, Pachacuti rallied the army and prepared for a desperate defense of his homeland. In the resulting battle, the Chankas were defeated so severely that legend tells even the stones rose up to fight on Pachacuti's side. Thus "The Earth Shaker" won the support of his people and the recognition of his father as crown prince after the death of Urco.
Pachacuti rebuilt much of Cusco, designing it to serve the needs of an imperial city and as a representation of the empire. Each suyu had a sector of the city, centering on the road leading to that province; nobles and immigrants lived in the sector corresponding to their origin. Each sector was further divided into areas for the hanan (upper) and hurin (lower) moieties. Many of the most renowned monuments around Cuzco, such as the great sun temple Qurikancha, were rebuilt during Pachacuti's reign.[3]:66–69,75
Despite his political and military talents, Pachacuti did not improve the system of succession. His son became the next Inca without any known dispute after Pachacuti died in 1471 due to a terminal illness, but in future generations, the next Inca had to gain control of the empire by winning enough support from the apos, priesthood, and military to win a civil war or intimidate anyone else from trying to wrest control of the empire.
Pachacuti is also credited with having displaced hundreds of thousands in massive programs of relocation and resettling them to colonize the most remote edges of his empire. These forced colonists were called mitimaes and represented the lowest place in the Incan social hierarchy. The Incan imperial government was highly authoritative and repressive.
He sent his son Tupac Inca Yupanqui an army to repeat his conquests and tyranny, and extend his realm to Quito. Pachacuti then built irrigating channels, cultivated terraces, made roads and hospices. The Road of the Inca stretched from Quito to Chile.
Pachacuti was a poet and the author of the Sacred Hymns of the Situa city purification ceremony. Pedro Sarmiento de Gamboa attributed one song to Pachacuti on his deathbed "I was born as a lily in the garden, and like the lily I grew, as my age advanced / I became old and had to die, and so I withered and died."

He watches the remote feed from the Raptor Sentry Drone's optical systems as it closes in for the kill. The frightened Federation officers known as Nova Team don't know what to make of it, excellent.
Originally, he had his doubts about this latest construct, however it's proven itself to be an effective tool. Perhaps the Supreme Commander was right to commission more of these…

This irrigation system(i think this is old style) was taken at the country side same day i took the hay bale shots~
When i was taking this photo, there was a car driving toward me, then he stopped the car infront of me and asking me with his smile what am i doing there~ He probably saw me from his house (his house just across the field) and drove there to see whether i was there tried to steal his irrigation system or not~~:-P
Autocracy is a system of Government in which absolute power is held by the ruler, Autocrats maintain power through political repression of any opposition and co-optation of other influential or powerful members of society.
The general public is controlled through indoctrination and propaganda, and an autocracy may attempt to legitimize itself in the eyes of the public through appeals to political ideology, religion, birthright, or foreign hostility.
Political repression is the primary method by which autocrats preserve the regime and prevent the loss of power. This repression may take place implicitly by coercing and intimidating potential opposition, or it may involve direct violence.
As previously mentioned Autocratic Governments also engage in co-optation, in which influential figures are provided benefits by the regime in exchange for their support.

I shot some pictures of the Selfridges Store building in Birmingham (UK) a couple of weeks ago.
I didn't get any great shots so I decided to make some kind of a landscape out of it, and this is what I ended up with.
This artist's concept puts solar system distances in perspective. The scale bar is in astronomical units, with each set distance beyond 1 AU representing 10 times the previous distance. One AU is the distance from the sun to the Earth, which is about 93 million miles or 150 million kilometers. Neptune, the most distant planet from the sun, is about 30 AU.
Informally, the term "solar system" is often used to mean the space out to the last planet. Scientific consensus, however, says the solar system goes out to the Oort Cloud, the source of the comets that swing by our sun on long time scales. Beyond the outer edge of the Oort Cloud, the gravity of other stars begins to dominate that of the sun.
The inner edge of the main part of the Oort Cloud could be as close as 1,000 AU from our sun. The outer edge is estimated to be around 100,000 AU.
NASA's Voyager 1, humankind's most distant spacecraft, is around 125 AU. Scientists believe it entered interstellar space, or the space between stars, on Aug. 25, 2012. Much of interstellar space is actually inside our solar system. It will take about 300 years for Voyager 1 to reach the inner edge of the Oort Cloud and possibly about 30,000 years to fly beyond it.
Alpha Centauri is currently the closest star to our solar system. But, in 40,000 years, Voyager 1 will be closer to the star AC +79 3888 than to our own sun. AC +79 3888 is actually traveling faster toward Voyager 1 than the spacecraft is traveling toward it.
The Voyager spacecraft were built and continue to be operated by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, in Pasadena, Calif. Caltech manages JPL for NASA. The Voyager missions are a part of NASA's Heliophysics System Observatory, sponsored by the Heliophysics Division of the Science Mission Directorate at NASA Headquarters in Washington.
