If I did artistic captions I'd probably go with 'Last Spoon Standing!' and considering i'd been at the station since 18.30 it was last spotters standing as well!
Having clawed back some time, LSL 47593 'Galloway Princess' arrives solo into York working the delayed 1Z94 Inverness - Stevenage 'The Statesman' charter. At this stage, the charter was 118 minutes late having been delayed due to 47810 'Crewe Diesel Depot' derailing in the Tweedmouth area. 47501 'Craftsman' also ran into difficulty having failed on the first day of the 4-day tour, resulting in it being left behind in Tyne Yard.

GB Railfreight 66705 'Golden Jubilee' is seen passing Warrington Bank Quay working 6Z07 Warminster M.O.D. - Mossend Down Goods loop with an impressive load of military vehicles consisting of 12 'Foxhounds', 3 'Huskies' and 4 RWMIK (Revised Weapons Mounted Installation Kit) Land Rovers.
The vehicles from 3rd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland were returning back north after exercises on Salisbury Plain. The train continued onward from Mossend as 6H68 to Inverness T.C.

Chapter 5 – The new home
I’ve been friends with Swifty ever since we were children. We were both outsiders at school, at all the schools we attended to be exact. We went through so much together, he was always on my side. He used to be a vigilante too, a thief actually. He called himself Slyfox.
He was pretty good at that, I think. I mean, how many people get so high up by stealing? He stole his way to wealth. Even as a wealthy socialite, he’s on the top and that means something.
We had our first crushes together, we even shared some. He said that he always knew I was a lesbian, even though I always thought that he used to have a crush on me.
No matter what he feels about me, I appreciate everything he’s done for me.
With that said, he got me a place very quickly. I moved in as soon as I could, just so I could avoid dad and his awkward attempts at talking to me.
I take my phone to check my texts that I’ve been too busy to reply to. It’s mostly typical messages. One of them is Swifty asking if I like the place, and I thank him for getting me the apartment.
Speaking of long – term friendships, another old friend texts me. Arnett Crocker, my weapon dealer asks me about my fight with dad and I, of course, ignore him.
I strip and get in the shower. I enjoy the warm water and try to clear my mind from thinking about Sylvia’s death, it’s all I could think about since it happened. Warm water turns scolding hot, but I do nothing about it.
The shower suddenly becomes a lot less enjoyable and I start to feel uncomfortable for some reason.
I turn around and a dark silhouette is standing by the shower drapes. I scream and the intruder opens the drapes, revealing their big figure covered by a gray jacket with a hoodie.
They stab me before I attack them back. They go in for another stab, but I stop them, pull them in and set the heat all the way up. I grab a towel while I rush out and lock the intruder in the bathroom.
I hide behind the boxes of my things and wait for them to get out. A loud bang on the bathroom door makes my heart skip a beat and I grab the whip and get ready to attack.
She chimes in looking for me and passes me by. I take her down with my whip and step on her to hold her down.
I notice that the killer is a woman, I grab her by her hoodie and yell in her face:
“Why the hell do you want me dead?“
A brown ponytail comes out of the hood and a noticeable white strand of hair catches my eye.
“How did you survive that? Do you know how terrible this was for me?”
She struggles to get out of my grip and looks me in the eyes.
The way she looked at me made me freeze numb. That look, ice cold, the one I know all too well. My eyes widen as I step back and look at the woman I betrayed, tears of regret running down my face.

One of two full length 'Avantilinos', 390155 passes Moore working 1M16 Glasgow Central - London Euston.
Just this and 390156 will gain the full livery with branded coaches, the remaining trains just being vinyl wrapped on the driving coaches. I'm told these 2 sets were more of a PR stunt for the commencing of the franchise and the cost of full vinyls for the remaining 54 sets would be pretty eye watering! If I recall, I remember the X-Men set cost something like £4,000 per coach to vinyl, so it's easy to see why they've gone for the cheaper option.

Thanks to Swifty and Alan Hart for the info on this one. Colas Grid 56113 takes the slow line at Balshaw Lane Junction hauling a decent rake of JNA wagons running as 6C92 Crewe Basford Hall to Settle Junction.
Actually I'm not sure if this is Ole Swifty but I watched him scamper around the patio bobbing his head up and down and displaying his Dewlap (that red thing under his nose). I never saw another male nor female anole but obviously he knew there was either a male or female around because he was displaying. After the dewlap display he would stay in one position and look around carefully. After looking around for a couple of minutes he would move to another location.
