Dr Vardanush Petrossian, a medical doctor with a specialisation in nutrition, has always dreamed of running her own healthy food-focused café. Using her own savings, she opened the Ingredient Café in Yerevan, Armenia. Located close to the Chao Phraya riverfront on Bangkok's west bank,
Wat Arun (the Temple of Dawn) is one of the city's most prominent landmarks; it's towering steeple-like stupa, surrounded by four smaller spires known as prangs, forms a unique shilouette, at first as reminiscent of a gothic cathedral as a normal Thai temple.
The temple itself is located behind the stupa/pagoda and is a fairly extensive complex founded in the late 18th century, but it is generally the giant spire-stupa, built in the first half of the 19th century, that visitors focus on.
The monument is almost entirely encrusted with porcelain mosaic decoration which extends to much of the figure sculpture (rows of crouching demons, monkey warriors and apsaras can be seen propping up the tower at various levels). Two terraces, one and two thirds up respectively, afford spectacular views over the temple complex and across the Chao Phraya and city centre beyond. The upper level however is only accessible via a terrifyingly steep staircase!

Ilhan Omar an antisemite and demanding her removal from the House Foreign Relations Committee. THE BLEEDERS.
Those pesky little Bleeders thought they could come down from Glasgow to entertain the Paisley fans as they supported the punk legend and ex Sex Pistols original bass player Glen Matlock. Well they did and they looked like they had a great time too boot…..
Jackson Harvey and Daniel McGuiga’s guitar and drum band went on stage just after 8pm dressed in bark capes with bleeding black and red eye makeup after Drummer Daniel told me their style of music was a mix of punk and country. Both members joked with themselves and the fans in between songs while Daniels guitar went throw a bass and guitar amp resulting in the lower strings sounding like a bass as he played single notes. And for a two peace band they had a full lively sound while mixing in samples from kids yelling to segments of music that had the crowds well entertained.
At one point in the show Jack ran off stage in the middle of one of their songs and straight into the toilet while still playing his guitar that had the audience laughing. Only for Daniel to say on his return, “I hope you washed your hands” that brought further laughter from the crowds. Drummer Daniel later told me Jack got a new wireless radio jack plug for his guitar and it was all spontaneous and good banter with the fans.
This once four piece band exited stage left around 8.40pm and in no way were intimidated by the fans or what was still to come and why everyone was at the Bungalow bar as they left with a smile on their faces and chuffed to have supported on of punks greats bands members…
A cracking night folks and all good fun and why people need to get out their and support their local venues and live music..

Thousands of people from every walk of life, be it a rickshaw puller, student, housewife, farmer or a businessman, gather at Ramlila Grounds everyday to express their support for a 74 years old young man who is fasting for a powerful anti-corruption bill to be passed by the parliament. Today is his 11th day of fasting.
I'll be posting portaits of these people which I shot at Ramlila Grounds. All these portraits are dedicated to Anna who is fighting for the people of this country.
We had 35 people brave the cold to join a support rally in Bangor ME in
front of the local headquarters of TD Bank. There were speakers from 350
Maine, Maine Peace Action, Stop the EW Corridor, and C.A.R.E., the
divestment group at Colby College. Seven of us went into TD Bank to display
a banner exposing TD Banks connection to tar sands extraction; we left when
we we received a lawful order from the Bangor PD to do so. We then marched
as a group to Rep.Michaud's office in downtown Bangor where 10 people went
in to demand a tar sands free NE. Additional people went on the local
Federal Building to meet with staff representing Senators King and Collins.
Local radio and TV covered the rally, march and office visits.

Customers at The Old Success Inn, in Sennen, may notice a wider range of meat cuts and dishes on the menu now that two of the chefs have expanded their skills with a butchery course.
Andrew Claxton, chef and kitchen assistant, and Phil Lawry, sous chef, completed a Level 2 Award in Developing Work Related Skills in Beef and Pork Butchery. The course, delivered by Frank Linn of Etheringtons Meats Butchery Academy, was supported by Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW). And the pair have already taken their cookery skills to the next level and are both undertaking Professional Cookery courses at Cornwall College.
