Sorry I haven't been responding to comments / doing tons of commenting - I was in Whistler shredding the gnar and then came down with a terrible cold that kept me in bed for 2.5 days straight. so some :D and some :(

J'ai pensé que si chaque image est un coucher de Soleil unique, et qu'il y a 365,242 jours par an,
Flickr est fort de 32482 ans de "Sunset". !!!
Le mien est complètement ordinaire; il n'apporte rien de plus.
Et pourtant, il m'a été presque irrésistible de rajouter "mon" coucher de Soleil.

A shot taken two nights ago when the Gods of light shone kindly. I had spent the day down there running a workshop and we were blessed with a fine sunset to cap it all off. Thankfully a few bigger waves washed the footprints out of the shot. I just used the 3 stop reverse grad for the sky. A really good day, except for a slip on the rocks earlier :(

Trip down to Steetley tonight for what turned out to be a wonderful sunset. Used the Big Stopper to get the movement of the clouds. The incoming tide became silky smooth. Thankyou all so much for your very kind words and favs, they are very much appreciated. I will continue to strive for improvement, just love my new found hobby. Especially the number of visits I pay to the beach.

We have had some glorious sunsets in Shimla lately.This shot was taken from near my house.I was on my way back from office when I saw that the sky was looking simply fabulous.I told my driver Balveer to hurry up and he enthusiastically took all the short cuts back home. In a hill-station like Shimla short-cuts can be pretty dangerous.:-)Anyway I reached home safely ,grabbed hold of my camera and managed a few shots. I think my hands shook a bit but I hope you like the shot because I really risked my life coming back home by Balveer's shortcuts that day.:-)
