Sunset capture at Attenborough Nature Reserve, located between Beeston/Long Eaton on the Notts/Derbyshire border.

The lovely vivid colours of the sunset were admired by many that evening but this person in particular seemed to be mesmerised and just stood and watched, and I, of course, took her photograph.
Me and my daughter out with the camera during the sunset , it's Her idea to do a cartwheel in front of the sun .we both were pleased with the result .
Sunset before the conjunction between sun and moon at Pekalongan Archipelagic Fishing Port (Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Pekalongan, PPNP).
This was taken opposite the setting sun which gave it this pink glow. the steam in the backround is from the Millwood plant. It was a terrific evening for pictures. Everytime I was ready to go something else would catch my eye. By time I got back to the car my legs were frozen and I could barely feel my hands, but I was very happy with all the ways to shoot this sunset. Its always fun to see and learn new things.

This was mostly serendipity! I noticed the sunset and snapped a couple of shots while the sun was still above the horizon as I drove downtown to get a shot of something Asian for the scavenger hunt. I couldn't find a parking space heading south on Main, so I turned west on a side street and couldn't help taking one more shot of the setting sun. Turned out it was better than the three I had taken earlier!
