Shot on Devenish Island, Lough Erne, Eniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland

This has to be my most memorable photo ever as just after capturing this very shot the swan actually raced towards me hissing and trying to attack me! I fell backwards onto the wet grass and busted the belt on my jeans! and when I turned around a group of tourists were in hysterics laughing at me! lol

Best song to describe the picture:

Sittin' in the morning sun

I'll be sittin' when the evening comes

Watching the ships roll in

Then I watch them roll away again, yeah

I'm sittin' on the dock of the bay

Watchin' the tide roll away, ooh

I'm just sittin' on the dock of the bay

Wastin' time

Sunray was an anti-gravity racer in the mid to late 21st century. Light and fast, with a large engine, it won a series of races. However, its main fame came from its bright and distinctive colour scheme.

A racing spaceship from the seldom visited, lateral appendix of the galactic disc. Sunray was noted for its balance of speed and manoeuvrability.

Landing the Sunray was a tricky process. First, the outer panels had to be folded flat. then, pilots had to fly vertically and them modulate the thrust to lower gently onto the pad. Finally, the cockpit could be rotated to the horizontal.

There are more images, including the ladder truck for the pilot to get down from the cockpit, over on Instagram: www.instagram.com/davidrobertslego/p/DEX9PlQi8j6/?img_ind... & www.instagram.com/davidrobertslego/p/DETALJmiO4e/?img_ind...

Memories of a great Summer gone by

Again catching up with the storm, I'm now underneath the main updraft area facing west toward a translucent curtain of hail shafts. Most of the hail was rather small (about pea sized) as the storm was beginning to weaken and it was already quite low topped.
