Light of love, shine on me
Through the branches of the tree
Past the fruits of affection
Shine sweet love in my direction
Let it flow into my heart
From the days end, until it's start
Through the moments, as i see
The rays of love, shining down on me
A 2016 highlight: Snow along the beautiful coastline of Jæren. Hope we'll experience this again soon!
Another photo from this place and day that I'm satisfied with here.

Knoydart peninsula is one of the more remote areas of Scotland. Accessed either by ferry (foot passengers only) or a 4 hour hike in from the closest road (can also charter a boat but that's just the height of laziness). This was taken in an area of Knoydart called Barrisdale which, surprisingly, had a few houses and a campsite!

Sunlight putting on a dazzling(literally) display over Llynnau Mymbyr with Snowdon hidden in cloud in the distance.
I've just got back from a two day trip to North Wales. Moel Siabod via Daear Ddu Ridge on the first day and then a walk through the forests around Betws-Y-Coed following the river on the second day two. Lots of miles covered and my legs are killing me but definitely worth it, plenty of lovely sights to photograph.
Taken from Delta, BC, Canada.

Well that is what this scene reminded me of albeit a lot less spectacular !! Seen from Earlswood Lakes looking south and there were these sunrays , so a quick grab of a camera and gotcha .
For those wondering about the title , it did remind of a scene from Stargate - a clip to see what I mean and I am glad my scene was not so dramatic !!

“Listed as Endangered under the Endangered Species Act, the Ash Meadows Sunray is endemic to the refuge. That means you can't see it anywhere else. That's right, it only lives here at Ash Meadows NWR. This unique plant is blooming now and should bloom through June.” (Ash Meadows NWR)
Morning time, smoke, sunrays, village makes a very beautiful combination.
This was shot near Badem village.
Shot with my brothers camera :)
