On a Michigan evening such as this, I just had to get out on the paddleboat for a ride around the lake. The jetskiers and boaters joined me in a late evening spin around the lake. The Mute Swans kept to the shoreline as the sun set on this glorious hot and humid day in SE Michigan.

It was raining cats and dogs on Thursday, with flash rain coming down throughout the day. I wanted to get a few shots in but somehow everytime I was outside it dissappeared and the sun came out. I ended up capturing a flare shot instead.

I'd never takes shots of the sea before going to Greece so I combined my love of a challenge with my love of sunsets. This saw me out with my camera watching the sun setting every night for two weeks.
It also saw many hundreds of shots, this is one of my favourite, taken on Paros.
I have not seen this in SUCH a long time!! The sun was even redder than the camera captured but I like it!!
This is the view from my lounge window in Dyserth, North Wales and i was just watching and snapping away as the clouds changed and the sunlight beamed through.
