Here's one from what was possibly the nicest Grand Canyon viewpoint I have ever seen. Point Sublime. Located well west of the main north rim viewpoints. It's almost directly across from the Bright Angel Lodge. It was about a two hour ride on a dirt road. This was taken at dusk. I camped out there for the night.
I know intense red sunrise photos work best on the internet. Oh well, I like the Venus belt even more! Here is one for you with intense blues and magentas. Don't chase the trend, do what you love.

These were taken on a bright early spring day in the late afternoon sun in 2013. The amazing reflections are caused by the reflections of fully sunlit and brightly painted floating houses in the background.
Somehow I only processed a few photos from that day and did not share any here on Flickr. "Sublime Submergence" and "Side Stroke" I am particularly happy about - I somehow missed them all together as well as "Profile On Colour". "A Chance Glance" I have had hanging on my wall for quite a while, though with different PP and crop. I believe this new version is much better. And THAT is why I never delete anything! haha Hope you enjoy. :))))
