First try for Stubbles the Pirate.

 

Oh dear. Sometimes the stuffing throws some of the proportions waaaaaaaaay off - like on this head. I don't know whether to laugh or cry! Back to the drawing board. I'm actually really happy with the bottom half. I have some minor tweaks for it - major tweaks for his head.

I had a hat like this in college that I wore all the time. Only difference was I wore it backwards and it was solid gray. I was tragically dorky. Now I wear this new one forward, but am still just as tragically dorky
