Something about the overhead curve and the shadows on the floor really appealed to me.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Things are as ever slowly changing..

My illness that is now being treated with double beta blockers is not yet responding well and some of my ordinary PVCs have changed to interpolated PVCs which can eventually lead to Cardiomyopathy with severe and chronic anxiety being the root cause.

I don’t have control over my anxiety and Flickr is just one thing I can leave off at least. I have had some lovely mails asking me to just take a break then come back and believe me they are so heartwarming and mean more than you will ever know.

The place I am at now is to still leave my account open as it is paid up until April 2024. Comments for new photos are turned off and shall remain off as I am too unwell to leave comments as they take me ages to formulate and I get so tired and stressed.

I intend flooding my Flickr account with photos from my two previous Flickr accounts as I get a better idea of whether I myself consider them worthy of uploading to my new online account with a couple of online accounts instead of mixed with thousands of other photos on my PC

I shall hopefully start to fave but not be commenting on photos on Flickr as I not well enough to at the moment but I haven’t given up on getting better although I am unsure how…

I wish everyone well and am still browsing all your wonderful inspirational photography !

Camera back from repair shop; I gotta relearn how to use the beast =:-]

Gorgeous Ferruginous Hawk seen near Florence, AZ this morning. I usually prefer wings up for BIF pictures but, the Ferruginous Hawk has such beautiful color on the top side, I prefer that pose for these raptors. Near perfect lighting, blue sky, doesn't get much better! Arizona winter sky can be boring blue and cloudless (sigh). LOL! I added clouds to the sky to make the image pop a little.

This tiny songbord with plenty of personality was strutting among a bunch of shorebirds, probing out insects from the soft mud and living up to its original namesake, the Water Pipit (Anthus spinoletta). However, some time ago, taxonomists decided it was not a WP, but, rather, a separate species distinct to North America, renaming it the American Pipit (Anthus rubescens).

The confidence of this cat. I swear he knows he has the cows full attention lol.

Watching Charlie interact with the cows is interesting. If they get too pushy he will set a boundary by swiping them or meowing at them.

If he is ok with their nuzzles he will lean into them.

The calves he just shows off in front of because he knows they are more scared of him than he is of them.

Snowy the bull he is aware of his size and minds his manners around him.

"Just clownin' around, it's time to play some Whack-a-Bunny! Give me those carrots!"

This Cattle Egret was coming to check out the Ragwort flowers in the hope of finding some insects to feed on {Insects form part of their varied diet, along with small mammals, frogs and sometimes fish}.

To me, Jasper kind of looks like a runway model strutting his stuff and sporting the latest in ChuckIt-wear.

I snapped this shot when he was alone for a second, but Mom and Dad were close by keeping an eye on him and me!
