Fortunately, the snow which began late on 19 February fell under light winds, and unlike the previous two storms, was much wetter. This helped to mitigate drifting and therefore expedite the cleanup process, though there weren't many places left to put it.

Unable to capture a lightning bolt during a storm I settled for this very dramatic look created by sheet lightning.
Documenting some of the damage caused by the November nor'easter that hit us last weekend. Here a whole section of the boardwalk was washed away in Seaside Heights.
Lighting in the clouds provide all the backlighting for this image. The red tone is from the city lights just out of frame to the left.

Jun 3rd, 2009 storm brought all day lightning and strange formation of clouds. This on actually had an image of a duck head in it, above the tree. Can you see it??
Taken during a storm. It was very windy which chopped up the sea which was very dirty so no great shots of surf
