Late each night during our stay in Venice, there was a conflict between the warm air from the Venice coastline and the cold air from the Alps to the north. These shots were taken in total darkness with all light coming from the electrical storm.

when storm chasing you also have to think about the precipitation. Often its a case of get out quick enjoy the view for a little bit and then move on to get out of the rain and hail.

Bij stormweer en hevige windkracht krijgen de schepen hele zeeën buiswater over zich heen. Meestal stampt het schip in de golven met zijn voorsteven en duikt het even onder water met zijn voorschip.

Summer storm fronts about to collide.

We have been having crazy...crazy...weather in my area, lot's of rain...thunder storms which we never have thunder and even some lightning....and even though it's hard to believe it's still been snowing up in Tahoe...

I keep thinking Mother Nature is a bit confused as it feels like coastal weather 40's in the mornings and 60's and 70's in the day....very strange but I like it.....

So, I was driviing home and decided to pull over and get some images-didnt have my camera so I used my IPhone instead-let's just say Im not very good with it but wanted to show you these images anyway.

I didnt edit any of them, they are soocp (straight out of cell phone) lol enjoy!
