Mt. Rainier National Park (Sunrise Side)

A strange little storm that drifted due north out of Kentucky at 20 mph. Very electric, but most of the bolts were buried in the clouds.

I had the day off and wanted to do some railfanning, only problem was that it rained most of the day. I made a final attempt when I saw the clouds breaking and caught this manifest rolling out of Northtown in sweet storm light.

I kept thinking there will be huge ufo coming out from the clouds like independence day hahaha

A few weeks back this really big storm built up right over Woodward and immediately headed east. We didn't get any rain, but the view was spectacular. This was taken about halfway between Woodward and Shattuck on an old paved road somewhere out in the country.
