Best I could get last night...once dark hit we could't find any....oh well, hopefully another month to try.

Back at our hotel in Valentine, whilst catching up on some washing this wee vehicle turns up, TIV2!

As we continue to drive more clouds are building...

Massive flooding has hit many states in America, here in Minot, North Dakota trucks upon trucks help build flood defences, some parts of this town were already under water...

a visual effect shot, my fellow storm chasing colleague is in front of these kids, but the visual effect is that they are huge and he is tiny :)

A beautiful supercell shows off its colours as it moves towards dropping a tornado...

The first storm of the day fizzled when it collided with another storm. The second storm was pretty but didn't produce much of anything except interesting clouds.

This storm produced a lot of wind and then picked up the dust and headed straight for us.

It was a small scale tour so me and Jeff were the only people and we could both start early, so off chasing we went.

Enhancing even further to give more dramatic colours to the clouds went rather well.

I think red was the right colour to wear for this chase.

This motorcyclist was in a hurry to not get beat to pieces from the storm quickly approaching. We laughed as we saw him go by and I happened to catch a nice shot of him.

Just west of Keenesburg, Colorado

Mainly east of Wichita, KS this time

My friends and I chased this storm from north of Ellinwood to Salina KS following it on highway 156 and 140. there was storm chasers following this storm. we saw up to 20 cars ahead of us on highway 140. You know you're on the right storm when there's tons of chasers everywhere and the DOW (doppler on wheels), from OK. 5-8-21.

I recorded a brief 85 km/h gust in the storm core
