Every step at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco is a journey through time, connecting past and present. Housed in a historic Beaux-Arts building that once served as the city’s Main Library, the museum now stands as a gateway to the rich and diverse artistic traditions of Asia. As you ascend these stairs, you walk in the footsteps of history, discovering the beauty and depth of Asian heritage, preserved and celebrated in the heart of San Francisco.
