I took one look out that back door and didn't venture out onto this porch, just looked too risky. Which it was according to how rotten that sagging basement door looks. This was their only way to get under the house to fix any pumbing and floor furnace problems.
It's a long way up to the castle from the town. This is the first set of stairs, though you can also walk along the steep road as an alternative
Mediterranean Steps, a challenge not for the faint-hearted. Determination, willpower, strength and courage determine who will make it to the top and who will turn back.

The rusted fire escape steps on the southern counterpart of the North Cottage at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital, which I believe was a Nurse's residence.
Front steps of the Kingman County Courthouse at 120 Spruce Street in Kingman Kansas. Built in 1907-1908 by George P. Washburn of Ottawa Kansas. The Kingman Courthouse is one of ten Washburn designed courthouses in Kansas.

I've added a worn texture to the HDR image. I really like this one better but I'm worried it takes away the beauty of HDR.
