We got to the spanish steps a little bit late for sunset but we still got a few snapshots of the awesome sunset that occurred this day. Unfortunately, if we had of got there earlier it would've been magical but... we were too busy on holidays (I was frantically trying to hurry the group up lol).

199 steps are a lot when you're very, very little!
Day out in Whitby yesterday with this little one.
At the moment she seems to be my travel doll who comes out and about with me.
A few photos back I have a shot of the Brisbane River in the suburb of Colmslie. If one turns to the right from that spot and looks through a maze of Cotton Trees, you will see these steps leading up to parkland known as the Colmslie Reserve.
Seen in Scott Park, Easton, Pennsylvania.

Certainly not a stairway to heaven, these old steps at the Lido, Cliftonville, Margate, don`t appear to go anywhere these days. Most of what if left here is boarded up, although a snooker club and a hall for private parties still seem to see some use.
Beautifully contoured steps invite the unwary hiker to prance on downward. But beware: the last step would take you over a cliff about 350 feet high, without warning or guardrails. West Clark Bench is a fun place to explore for the cautious photographer. Children NOT recommended!
The view looks southward to The Wave about 2 miles away. It's in Arizona, but WCB is in Utah. Between here & there is the deep, dark Buckskin Gulch slot canyon, pointed out in the notes.
Elegant decor on these natural stairsteps, don't you think? I have many more unusual photos of the whole rarely-seen outcrop of Navajo sandstone in my West Clark Bench and Edmaier's Secret Album.
Some of you have seen these seldom used Highland Park reservoir steps in the winter with snow. With shadows they really look interesting then.
I wasn't going to take another picture today, but a cloud dragon went by and decided to record it.
