Day 5

This morning was filled with disapproval. We even have a disapproving picture of Tyrion just to show the magnitude of our disapproval.

Our morning:

• Woke up late.

• Discovered our dressy lunch clothes were wrinkled from being crammed at the bottom of a suitcase for 2 weeks.

• Got limescale on our clothes after ironing them.

• Limescale impossible to clean off.

• Left the Airbnb 45min behind schedule.

• Uber driver got lost looking for us.

• Uber driver dropped us off at Buckingham Place. PLACE.

• Language barrier. Uber driver did not understand we were looking for the palace.

• Ran to Buckingham Palace and were met with a giant crowd of people.

• It rained.

• It rained a lot. We did not have our jackets or umbrellas because the forecast only called for a 10% of rain, and the weather had been great lately.

• We got rained on, in our dressy limescaled clothes.

• Could not see the Changing of the Guards.

• Too many people.

• Left the palace after 15min and sloshed through the rain to a coffee shop, never to go back to the outside world again.

Rain drops started falling on the car windshield one wednesday afternoon.
