Most of the trees in the park last weekend were in bud stage, but a few branches, like this one, had started to flower.

As I witnessed this glorious event, I was overwhelmed with a sense of peace. The troubles of the previous day being washed away with every wave. The day starting anew and my spirit revitailzed.
And this was the first project.. Embroidery hoop mini album! But with my Mum's Birthday on Saturday I decided to make it a notelet holder.... Mum loves to make notes!!
....seen at Willows Beach, Oak Bay, Victoria, BC yesterday afternoon at 6pm. The beach was emptying of all the sun worshippers as I walked by, and caught this couple and thier dog embracing the magic of being at the beach!

From Struer and now Venoe on the starboard side - the start of sailing BOAT RACE is running with 68 wooden ships. It is the third sailing day. That day will be ending in Nykøbing Mors.

I started capturing ice and frost 6 or 7 years ago with an old point and shoot. This is again this time of the year but I still have to master my DSLR and macro lens for this type of close-up. It will come.
Located in Buckler's Forest, Crowthorne on the site of the former Transport Research Laboratory, a steep 1 in 6 hill, known as Hill Start Hill, a man made hill used to test handbrakes and hill starts, and to see how vehicles would cope with a steep gradient.
Start Bay, South Hams, Devon
Start Point is one of the most exposed peninsulas on the English Coast, running sharply almost a mile into the sea on the South side of Start Bay near Dartmouth, The lighthouse sited at the very end of the headland has guided vessels to safe passage along this part of the coast for over 150 years.
As the autumn winds start to blow my mind wanders back to the sweaty, sun soaked dances of summer. In this moment a young boy gets his first taste of centre stage in the drum circles of Montreal's Tam Tam.

I finally did her faceup. She looks a bit more mature than intended, but after the MSC chipped twice and I managed to patch it up, I really didn't want to start all over again. Everything is temporary on her, I just gave her the wig/eyes/clothes that fitted her the best among my stock. Full combo achieved with an ugly pic due to the shitty weather (I can't figure how to set up my camera to take decent pics when it's grey outside). Poor girl gets a rough start at home !
Well, at least she's cute ♥
(And now, I need to find a name, a wig, eyes... Not out of trouble yet xD)
Although it's still officially Spring in Europe my kids associate the start of Summer with my bringing the trampoline out of hibernation.
