The STAP's body and cannon are linked by a clip plate, so by changing position, the droid can orientate up and down the twin blaster cannon.

I just wish I had all the slopes available in dark orange, or at least in reddish brown... Unfortunately, the top 1x4 one (the cannon "hood") is only available in light bluish grey at this time. So I'll just have to wait a little to get this done properly.

Op stap met de Vrienden van het Spoorwegmuseum.

Treinstel 386 was uitgekozen om mee op stap te gaan van Utrecht via Den Bosch naar Roosendaal en terug via Rotterdam.

In Roosendaal werd modelspoorclub Post B bezocht en kon de restauratie van het Beneluxtreinstel worden bewonderd.

The STAP (Single Trooper Aerial Platform) was a Baktoid Armor Workshop product designed by Trade Federation Engineers. These repulsorlift craft were purpose-built to be piloted by a B1 battle droid, as their humanoid frames were more suited to control the vehicles. Slim and lightweight, the STAP was fueled by high-voltage energy cells, which powered drive turbines providing the STAP with impressive speed and maneuverability. The agile vessels were typically bolstered by signals from an orbital Droid Control Ship, which skillfully guided the STAP's pilots. However, battle droids were exposed to enemy fire while riding the fragile craft. The vehicles were armed with a pair of forward-mounted blaster cannons.

Each build has 25 pieces counting with the stand. Overall it looks a bit bulky but I think it still captures the essence of the in-universe model

the "head" of the STAP is based on one of the versions of a builder named Calin as my build is inspired by that version of his.

One of my first MOCs was the is the STAP (Single Trooper Aerial Platform) in the colours from TPM. Most of my original builds are smaller, personal sized vehicles that I used to work my way into different techniques.

Not sure to be honest

LDD Star Wars. Droids feature full articulation (except wrists and thumbs), removable backback, and pretty damn accurate porportions. Can be recoloured to OOM droids (Pilot, security, maybe even commander) STAP based on CIS variant, rather than brown trade federation paint.

Built for final weekly contest at my local Lego store.

Ugh, they just don't stop teasing us do they? Outta this group, I plan on grabbing Lucina, Robin, Pac-Man, and probably Ness. Wario will probably be later on due to how popular he is, and no Char-char.
