HAPPY MAY FOURTH YALL!!! I'm hyped for the bad batch and today is just an overall exciting day for the franchise I enjoy the most! In celebration here is another picture of the barc speeder next to some other builds. The barc speeder is designed by Batuu Bricks so huge shoutout to him and the staps are brickvaults design so also a shoutout to them! I think all of these look pretty awesome next to each other. Also I have figured out the parts for the stap design can be purchased for about 3 dollars so I have been adding them on to all of the orders that I make and honestly its super fun so I'll probably continue that.
Here is my recent Krennic's shuttle minifig scale build next to some of my small minifigure scale builds. The staps are Brickvault's design and I think they look great especially with several of them next to each other.

So I'm finally there with my STAP, actually a lot sooner than I thought. Just got the new 1x4 smooth curved slope in reddish brown, which really makes it for this vehicle.
Scooters - tegenwoordig voor 100% elektrisch - zijn in China (hier in Shenzhen) het vervoermiddel voor alles en iedereen. Pa of ma met twee kinderen is heel gebruikelijk, pa én ma met twee kinderen zie je minder vaak. Overigens is er in China overduidelijk geen helmplicht.
The STAP (Single Trooper Aerial Platform) was a Baktoid Armor Workshop product designed by Trade Federation Engineers. These repulsorlift craft were purpose-built to be piloted by a B1 battle droid, as their humanoid frames were more suited to control the vehicles. Slim and lightweight, the STAP was fueled by high-voltage energy cells, which powered drive turbines providing the STAP with impressive speed and maneuverability. The agile vessels were typically bolstered by signals from an orbital Droid Control Ship, which skillfully guided the STAP's pilots. However, battle droids were exposed to enemy fire while riding the fragile craft. The vehicles were armed with a pair of forward-mounted blaster cannons.
Each build has 25 pieces counting with the stand. Overall it looks a bit bulky but I think it still captures the essence of the in-universe model
the "head" of the STAP is based on one of the versions of a builder named Calin as my build is inspired by that version of his.

Single Trooper Aerial Platform
A while ago, when I limited my Lego collecting only to the Clone Wars era, I always wanted STAPs for my Droid army, but the official ones just aren't good enough. Recently, @luca_s_projects amazing design inspired me to think about, how would I make it, so I searched a bunch of different reference pictures and started trying out concepts in stud.io.
You can see my final design on the first couple of pics. I made a some different color combinations and on the last 2 pics, you can see the first version I did.

GeniLac correspond à une solution innovante 100% renouvelable avec 80 % d’émissions en moins pour le système de chauffage ainsi que pour celui de refroidissement. Ainsi, avec cette solution écologique, nous pourrons éviter l’émission de près de 70’000 tonnes de CO2. Il s’agit de la plus grande infrastructure thermique écologique de Suisse !
Pour assurer le fonctionnement de la STAP Vengeron, des crépines d’aspiration placées à environ 45m de profondeur dans le lac permettront de capter l’eau. Acheminé par des conduites lacustres l’eau arrivera à la STAP pour passer dans un réseau complexe comprenant un grand nombre de conduites, pompes et échangeurs à chaleur pour pouvoir extraire l’énergie calorifique de l’eau du lac Léman pour GLA. La station de pompage possède aussi des conduites de refoulement vers le réseau existant GLN et de restitution au lac.
En lien direct avec cette STAP, il y a aussi la réalisation de deux tirs de microtunneliers d’environ 200 ml sous l’autoroute et plus précisément sous la bretelle du Vengeron. Ces deux tirs sortiront de la STAP du Vengeron et permettront la connexion au réseau FAD GéniLac.
Plus en détail, ce projet consiste en la création d’une station de pompage enterrée, de dimensions 70 m x 40 m x 18 m. Les travaux principalement concernés sont les terrassements et travaux spéciaux, le béton armé de grande ampleur ainsi que lacustre.

GeniLac is an innovative 100% renewable solution with 80% fewer emissions from both the heating and cooling systems. With this environmentally-friendly solution, we will be able to avoid emitting nearly 70,000 tonnes of CO2. It's the biggest environmentally-friendly thermal infrastructure in Switzerland!
To keep the STAP Vengeron running, suction strainers placed at a depth of around 45 m in the lake will capture the water. The water will then be channelled through lake pipes to STAP, where it will pass through a complex network comprising a large number of pipes, pumps and heat exchangers to extract the heat energy from the water in Lake Geneva for GLA. The pumping station also has discharge pipes to the existing GLN network and to the lake.
Directly linked to this STAP is the construction of two micro-tunnel blasts approximately 200 metres long under the motorway, more specifically under the Vengeron slip road. These two tunnels will exit the STAP at Le Vengeron and connect to the GéniLac FAD network.
In more detail, the project involves creating an underground pumping station measuring 70 m x 40 m x 18 m. The main works involved are earthworks and special works, large-scale reinforced concrete and lacustrine works.

I couldn't resist the temptation of having this in dark orange / reddish brown, even if it's just in a edited photo.
Wanted to see whether the white and neon Tron colour scheme would work (always makes me think of the original iPod for some reason). Let me know your thoughts.

As the 1x4 slope was released in dark bluish grey, I've updated the color scheme of my STAP Droid. It's still not the one I want, but definitely a improvement.
There in the background is a Droid Carrier which I'll also present at some point.
