Grandma Wootton's Stacked Do-nuts.
Or as my Aunt Betty ((2 photos to the left of this one))said when she saw this photo, "those are Ruby's Do-nuts"!
My mom used to make stacked do-nuts for desert. These are easy and quick.
Made with cake do-nuts and chocolate pudding. She used meringue (egg whites, left over from making the chocolate pudding from scratch!).
I cheated and used whipped cream for these and lunch box pudding cups :P.
VERY yummy!

Stacking Experiement.
After this one similar phot few days ago, I tried more of that, but with a bit more control, so digital base photos. Not every subject is suited, but I think this is a variant of „multiexposure“ I like better that the 2 or 3 overlays you have usually. But, honestly, I don't know whether I will put more time in this.
A random collection of angles: wooden posts at the edge of Loch Tarff. This image is a stack superimposing several source frames on top of each other to enhance the motion-blur; I made a short timelapse video of the same scene.
This tower was constructed (in the National Building Museum) using Keva planks -- no glue, nails, etc -- just stacking them. It ended up over 50 feet high. Apparently these building blocks are made so precisely that they can be stacked much higher than normal building blocks. I believe them, after seeing this!
At the point that this photo was taken they were still about 10 feet from the top.

A teaser for my Polaroids, which I'll get onto Flickr in a better manner... eventually. (It turns out work doesn't have a scanner, not in our office anyway, and I don't know how to find a cheap Mac OS X compatible one.)
“‘Stack’ is about the integration of geology and yoga into a figurative form. The landscape acts as a metaphor for the duality of fragility and strength in humans, while yoga represents the potential union within humans.”
