Seems like yesterday.
The Dunwich Dynamo is a turn-up-and-go challenging free-entry overnight 120 mile bicycle ride on-tarmac from London Fields in Hackney, London to the lonely Suffolk beach at Dunwich... and we have arrived after leaving London 20:30 the previous day.
Its was hard going at times. For some reason I'm not feeling well - very nauseous. In fact I wish I could be sick and be done with it.
We've now on the way back to London via coach... which seems to be taking a strange route.
One of the many blessings about life in sobriety is never waking up with a hangover. There are a lot of hurting folks out there this morning. Me, I'm just a little tired. Stayed awake 'til midnight (first time in YEARS!) nestled between my dogs.

At the Park-N-Squeeze orange juice stand, Tampa Citrus Specialists Kim, Justin, and Megan will hand squeeze oranges and offer free cups of juice to those that pass by. Patrons will be given a single orange seed packet of their own to plant at their home.
Chuck looked back to flash a smile before disappearing further into Bob Bennett Cave. I was balancing carefully at the entrance. Less than a step behind me was a sheer drop into the Caney Fork River below. A good 20'. My endowments made it impossible for me to squeeze into this entrance like the boys, so I took matters into my own hands and crawled in on my belly and stood up a little past where Chuck is, once it opened a bit more. :) There's (usually) always a way.
