Go! Spring Rolls restaurant in Toronto. The food and service was really good & the decor was pretty funky. There's a club upstairs which was having a fetish night - saw some interesting outfits from our windowside table...

Shrimp and shredded pork spring rolls at Pho Hung (350 Spadina Avenue, Toronto). Although I had been to Pho Hung before, Pete and I usually eat up the spring rolls too quickly to remember to photograph them.

You put this on a plate with some water, and dribble water over them.

But they were good!

I attempted to make my own Vietnamese style cold shrimp rolls. They tasted exactly right but did they ever look unappetizing.

Oh the irony of the 'greasy goodness' that presents itself at a CNY festivity... wrong!
