It is official: it is Spring! Yet, the old and the old year are lingering on. Seeds grown last summer are still waiting to be dispersed. The reality is that the old and with it, the past, will be around in the present and, in some ways, in the future too. The truth is that in the depth of every cell, mine and yours included, the continuous chain of unbroken life is present, from the beginning almost four billion years ago to the date of today. Life's cycle is not simply an annual or an individual one, it is also a planetary wheel that has been turning relentlessly. On this planet, it will stop one day.

Although this image was taken in late spring last year, the bunny still lives in our garden. It may not be the same bunny that shows up every morning this week and leaves us little “gifts” in the garden. I wish it was chocolate! I know it is said that it is better to give than to receive. So today I left some fresh Kale stalks and a few leaves for the rabbit. I do enjoy seeing him/ her run free in the yard. The bokeh in this image somewhat resembles golden eggs spilling down. Happy Easter weekend!

Each petal soft tender silk pink delicacy glistens with suns rays echo and recede in their fragility through the wind and air with the birds humming near the old tree shining brightly where she sleeps as the warmth of her light and colours transcends to cover the sky and land to enrich our world with with peace and harmony...

I am thinking about the earth quake tragedy and in Turkey and Syria. My heart and prayers go to victims and their families. May they rest in peace.
