Spring in Northern Vietnam has already passed and the hot, rainy summer is beginning.
I’d like to share a spring photo that still carries a sense of freshness and calm. I’ve also enjoyed seeing many Flickr friends from places like the US and Canada sharing their own peaceful spring moments.

We get hundreds of birds coming into our yard in the spring. There is almost zero food for them as the ground is still frozen and we still have snow and ice. So we feed them to keep them going until it warms up. These are mostly redwing black birds with a few grackes in there too. All of the regular birds that stay the entire winter come by for food too.

The campus is giving me plenty to photograph this month.
I know you... in the warmth of the sun and in the cold of the shadows.
I see you... in the flowers that dress the trees in white and pink garments and in the snowdrops and daffodils that tinge the green grass.
I know you... in the fresh scent of hyacinth, sweet lilac and spicy lily of the valley.
I hear you... in the songs of the birds and the melting snow.
I find you... in the whispers of the wind...

That's the view I have from my porch right now. The lamp is in my own garden whereas the flowering forsythia in the background belongs to my next door neighbour. It's good to have the possibility to see the beauty of spring while staying at home.

Tulips are synonymous with Spring. This is one from my lovely bouquet I have on my dining room table.
Spring Camp Falls in Northern Wisconsin, near Ironwood, Michigan. This photo is composed of two exposures. One for foreground and one for the sky.
Getting to this waterfall can be a little tricky, but it's highly recommended. Watch out for ticks!
