I used a 20mm macro extension tube on this photograph.
Had this popular bridge on my list for a while now, and this weekend I had the chance, because I stayed in Zealand. I got up for sunrise and made some shots at golden hour, only to find out that the foggy conditions that came in the midday, were far more rare and atmospheric. Since it was only a 15 minutes drive from my location, there was no way I could resist this scenery;)
Thanks for having a look! All faves and comments are highly appreciated!

"Denim" split toning of B/W macro image using ON1. Blue shadows and tan highlights. Close inspection for minute detail...(FYI…Removed blemish on left and warmed the toning in PS. Made a nice abstract print)
Finally returning with a bunch of square crops. This was taken just outside the airport where another machine is heading for Europe.
A re-edit from my one and only visit to Lake Martin, Louisiana from way back in 2012. I took some horrible images that day and am having a bit of fun in trying to save a few of them. I tried and tried to get the colors right in this shot, but finally gave up and went for this split-tone version.
My first attempt at a duo tone image. Converted to B & W and then split toning adjustment applied. Taken at Muchalls Rocky shore with the Old Man of Muchalls Sea Stack at Rear of shot.

Usually I prefer colour photos, but sometimes the colour just doesn't work for me, even if its true to the scene as it was at the time of shooting. So I messed about with this, and then I messed about with it some more, and this is the final result. It looks more like moonlight than sunset in the end don't you think?
I might post another version at some point.....
And for the first time ever, I'm posting in Sliders Sunday.

I had planned to shoot a sunset at Monk Coniston jetty. But there were no clouds and the light was too harsh to produce any good sunset images. I waited until the light was more balanced which was about 20 minutes after sunset.
