Taken for FGR's "story telling photos."

As someone born and raised in Michigan, I am a Detroit Lions fan. Theoretically, the glass would be used to consume alcohol in celebration of the team, but lately, it's just been used to drown my sorrows. The team is 0-8 this season, with no real hope of getting any better.

A sign of things to come?

This and some of the following shots were taken on the day when we got the bad news from the vet - huge tumour mass in his stomach. Absolutely gut-wrenching news for my whole family.

Looking at this shot now, I can really see the sorrow in his eyes.

The blind dogs of the sun in their running. The crushing black vacuum of the universe. And somewhere two hunted animals trembling like ground-foxes in their cover.
